We had a great weekend at Marshall's Castle House in Seaside! The house is nice, comfortable, well stocked, very walkable to where the action is in Seaside, and is a great value! Oh, and the hot tub is awesome! We took our young adult children there and everyone had their own space, and the small suite with it's own kitchenette and bathroom was perfect for us to retreat to in the evening and early morning. This is great house for families, while the parents have a sanctuary to relax in when it's needed. This house instantly became our favorite go to house in Seaside! It's a great combination of being just far enough away from the busy parts of Seaside nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and close enough to be able to walk to all of the fun in just a few minutes. Being a few steps from the promenade sidewalk makes the walk easy and very accessible. We highly recommend this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! Everything we needed was there, the beds were very comfortable, the home is very spacious and Crystal was exceptional to work with. Her responses to my inquiries were almost immediate and she was a delightful host. We will be staying here again and highly recommended Crystal and this awesome place for group/family rentals.

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. We had a wonderful stay. The beach is very close to the house, in the backyard. I also loved how close everything was, the grocery store, coffee place, hikes, restaurants and lighthouse. We loved our family vacation!

We loved this Airbnb! House was large and comfy, and such a fun place to stay. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, and went out of their way to be welcoming with local suggestions and extra info. We loved the patio and being able to walk to the park with our pup just a block away, and it’s an easy drive to everywhere else in town. Would definitely love to stay again!

I've stayed at quite a few places and this one is top tier for sure. No complaints. Had everything you could want to feel at home and then some. Will be staying there again next year for sure.

This beautiful home is tucked away but still close to everything. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s really a lovely turn of the century home with very comfortable furniture and sweet decorations. The view from the living room window is wonderful. The house has everything you need and the hot tub is one of the nicest I’ve used at an Airbnb! It’s a short walk down the hill to the Goonies house and a little further to the shops. Definitely recommend.

This checked all of the boxes for my anniversary weekend! We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the location was. It had great internet, a tv with lots of options and a well equipped kitchen. We also took advantage of the hot tub! Thank you for a great stay.

Such a lovely and relaxing spot! Enjoyed hot tub soaking while watching ducks float down the creek, reading by a crackling fire every evening, and restful sleep on the huge comfy bed :)

Beautiful inside and out. Convenient to downtown Raymond, the ocean and mountains. Great host.

Fun for a family weekend of games and cooking. Kitchen has so many quality items/brand name appliances, and even fun party items like an ice cream maker and cupcake cake molds. Sparkling clean! Tons of games/books/movies for the teens! Even a scavenger hunt that is NO JOKE and ends with treats if you can solve it. Good luck!

We had a great 3 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed Lisa's Place. Even with rain everyday we were able to enjoy the lake and the coziness of the house itself. All of the little touches, thoughtful treats and blankets for the dog, cookies in the fridge, etc were greatly appreciated!

What a beautiful place! One of the best places that I have ever stayed at. The home was warm, had a well stocked kitchen to cook with an assortment of tools and appliances. I was very impressed. The hot tub and screen room were a huge help with relaxinh. The bathroom had dual shower heads. This place was luxury and we will be back. Thank you for building/making such a wonderful place.
