This place was perfect for our little birthday/ new years getaway. The space was cozy and had all the amenities we could've wanted, the Jacuzzi was perfect, and there were two of the friendliest cats hanging around giving us the perfect dose of cuteness. The space had everything we needed for cooking and just hanging out for cozy nights in. Next time we are in town we plan to book here again because we loved it!

Our family of four found this home to be perfect. We loved that it was outside of Flag so it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to grab dinner in Flag. The home was clean, cozy and had pretty much everything you could need. Would def recommend this home when traveling to Flagstaff.

The cabin was beautiful and Clara was very receptive whenever we had questions. It was a perfect location and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this cabin!

The house was pristine and could easily accommodate our large group. The hosts, Jill and Andrew, provided clear and concise instructions on how to check-in and check-out. Their response was quick and easy to understand.

We never actually made it to Elizabeth and Ken’s place because a snowstorm shut down all the surrounding highways. Elizabeth and Ken were quick to respond to us when we notified them extremely last minute and even offered to adjust the dates of our stay to compensate. With no ETA of the highways being opened, the next day, we mutually agreed to cancel the reservation and they were quick to respond, very understanding, and very kind to us in their communications. Five star communications. They are an excellent host who genuinely care about their guests. Maybe one day we will be able to actually stay at their place!

Key location, we have always eyed this location every time we go to flagstaff and finally got to stay! Quick responders and super friendly and accommodating!

Thoroughly enjoyed our second time at this house. Only negative this time was the fireplace wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be looked at during our stay.

Very cozy place and great price for what you get. The area is pretty private and the inside was very comfortable. Dave was really friendly and helped us check in easily. They provided a lot of things around the house that you might need and had a great outdoor area. Would recommend 👍🏽

My sister and I had a girls trip where we had the pleasure of staying at the cottage! The view of the mountain was breathtaking!! :)

This place is cozy and comfortable and in a great neighborhood -- you can easily walk to downtown or to Thorpe Park. The home has everything you'd need and was very clean.

It was a wonderful and quiet stay. A great getaway from the Valley. There is a beautiful trail behind the guest house. Which directions were provided and easy to find. Description of the place is spot on.

This is a great place to stay for exploring Flagstaff. It’s a quiet neighborhood outside the city, but a 10 minute drive to downtown. Bryan is awesome, super helpful and easy to communicate with. The guesthouse is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, cozy and clean, with a well-stocked Keurig. 10/10

Hamilton was responsive, we all enjoyed our stay and loved the views from the balcony. The country club was also really helpful. We don’t have a car so we relied on Ubers, which are a little bit difficult late on in the night but that’s nothing to do with the place. We got delivery food each day and it was cheap and really yummy. The living area was nice and cozy

The house was as clean as a 5 star hotel room, checkin was easy and we had access to all kinds of amenities from a hot tub to pool tables. I would definitely recommend this stay as everything went perfect and i could not have asked for anything more! Thank you

Wyndham properties never disappoints. Unit was clean, well equipped, spacious and had great views. Split level layout, washer/dryer in the unit, great restaurant at the golf course nearby, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia & Rob’s place and would definitely recommend!

My wife, daughters, and I really enjoyed our time here. We decided to spend Christmas in Flagstaff, and we couldn't have picked a better place and better host to stay while on vacation; It is such a big deal for us to spend it by ourselves, but Rick's place just made us feel like we were at home. We had a great time in Flagstaff and the Snowbowl! Paul’s condo is great! Also a bargain compared to all other options for our timeframe; others were double and triple $! Paul keeps prices within reason and affordable for average family….I don’t feel we had to compromise on space or quality either! All amenities in listing are great 👌 Plenty of extra supplies avail too! The “cabin” is large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Quiet enough to forget that it’s a duplex condo, still like a cabin in woods….We don’t bring pets on vacation but find it endearing that Paul allows them. There are some decor and updates I could recommend for that true cabin feel, but then price would go up so never change lol! Place was clean. The cleaners he used may have been in a hurry this time but I don’t fault Paul for that. Little things like no bag in kitchen trash and silverware not put away from dishwasher. Important things were done, clean baths, sheets etc) would def. recommend!

Great stay for my friend and I. The master bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Nice peaceful location. The main living area was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Close to the highway and only 15 min drive to downtown. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting the city.

Very comfortable Airbnb. It was nice and spacious. It was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was close to the airport, making for an easy early morning departure. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we arrived to fruit and snacks, along with coffee in the refrigerator.

Booked this Airbnb visiting Sedona. About an hour drive but was cheaper than staying in Sedona and it was great! The room was nice with plenty of room. The pool/ hot tub area was very nice and made us feel safe and welcome. Would definitely consider booking again!
