Paul was an excellent host. Very clean home. Nice and quite place.

The property was beautiful, my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay from the time we arrived until our departure. Everything was so clean and the yard was well kept. One of my favorite parts about the property is when you first get there I love how the gate opens up it felt so luxurious it was a amazing experience, the owner was attentive to all our needs, we had all the kitchen supplies we needed as well as linens. This is a good stay for family that just want to get away and spend time with each other it is definitely a home away from home. can’t wait to rebook this place again.

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The king and queen beds were comfortable. There was an abundance of towels etc. The bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Georgetown where there are multiple choices for groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed Pawleys Island beach several times, as well as visits to Charleston, Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. We most enjoyed being at the house, the peace and quiet of its surroundings, the beauty of the river and listening to the birds. Our host, Margaret went out of her way to welcome us and checked in regularly via email to ensure we were fine. I am a birder and not only did she leave a supply of birdseed for the feeders, she also sent me a list of recommended birding locations.

This is a really cool place! If you meet Kevin and his family they are really nice people and accommodated us with an alarm clock at request for work! It was clean, warm, and a beautiful area.

Our whole family loved the stay at Kim and Lee’s home. Such a beautiful location and a lovely house! The house is clean and stocked with everything you could ask for, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, and the view from the backyard is beautiful. Even our pets loved sitting in the sun and watching the animals outside! Very much a perfect stay and great hosts.
