We loved this house. It was very comfortable and well stocked. We walked to several restaurants and wine rooms (don't miss DA Vines right next door). The house is updated completely but maintains all the great older character. We were glad we chose to stay in Cottonwood rather than in Sedona. It was a very convenient base for our activities which were mainly hikes and winery visits. Highly recommend this great house in Cottonwood!

Very nice home, we loved the large open dining/living area. Host responsive and helpful. Very convenient location, close to stuff, nice walking path by the lake. Hot tub a definite bonus! Would definitely rent again!

The place was better than the pictures. Comfortable and spacious! Great location close to stores, restaurants, Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona quick easy drive!

Best Airbnb i have ever been in. Every special detail. It’s gorgeously decorated. The views are stellar. Backyard is so fun! She has so many special touches! Baked cookies, wine, S’more kit etc. just such a lovely host!!! I will for sure rent this house again!

Great place to stay in Prescott! Close to several good restaurants!

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

We loved the house. It's very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were set up nicely and had all the supplies. I appreciated the filtered drinking water. The walking paths were interesting. We had a nice fire in the fireplace. We hope to stay again!

This is an awesome location. We have family that lives in Cottonwood and we brought other family to Cottonwood for the holidays. The front unit is great. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. The dining room/front room was large with space for all. We had about 18 people for Xmas day activities. There is a great backyard, with ping pong and cornhole and some other games. There were yoga mats and yoga happened. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The units feel very private even though the front is on Main Street. We had 2 small dogs and the driveway has a closing gate which allowed the dogs to be outside without the possibility of wandering off. The yard was enclosed. The units are close to Old Town Cottonwood. An easy walk to wineries, dining and shops. Hard to go wrong in this location Kristen and Glen were helpful and informative. We needed fragrance free cleaning due to some allergies and they accommodated our cleaning needs. Highly appreciated! We'd go again.

Natalie's airbnb was what I anticipated from the booking. It provided adequate space for me for my 2-week stay. Everything was extremely clean, which I appreciate. The large screen TV was a bonus. I liked the comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom provided space for me to spread out my own toiletries. The kitchen included utensils that I needed. Natalie was quick to respond when I had a few questions. Fun place!

A great place to stay, was just what we expected. Lots to do within easy driving distance. We enjoyed it and would like to stay again if we make it back to Prescott.

The stay was very nice! Particularly the things I was worried about was the heat and the hot water when visiting because we were hiking in the snow all day but the water was so hot and the ac was so easy to work. The laundry was nice to have and so was the fridge. Bummer it did not have a freezer but we knew that when we booked it. It is 5-10 minutes from west Sedona which was nice to have stores close by. I would stay here again! Felt like going home after a long hiking day!

Eva was a fantastic host. I scheduled my Air Bnb for a wrong date and they worked with me professionally and in a respectful manner. They even offered me an extra bed in a guest house to accommodate my malfeasance. If this doesn’t speak to how great of a host Eva was, then I don’t know what does!

Page was a wonderful host! Very helpful and communicative with instructions for finding the place and checking in, as well as providing tips for local restaurants. The location is great, just off of Main St. and walking distance to many restaurants, plus only 10-15 minute drive to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The property was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a nice stay.

Pam place is very clean, private, very peaceful. The covered deck provides a wonderful place to unwind after a day of traveling, and a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee. She provides you with all kinds of places to eat and her instructions are simple and spot on. Would stay with her again if ever in area.

Really liked your place! Great for a short visit. The location was amazing!! I saw part of Prescott, AZ that I didn't know existed. Close to downtown, and also parks and lakes. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you, Joey and Peter

Yvonne was very prompt with communication. Both beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows, bedding and towels were very nice! There were 4 of us, the couch was comfortable to sit and talk. The garage was nice as we had 3 vehicles - enough room to park! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Quick and easy check-in. Scenery was beautiful, the inside was very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

The building is really cool! We were offered an early check in, which was nice. We had a little problem logging into Netflix and the host responded literally within 30 seconds. Awesome stay!

This is the fourth time we've rented from Patty but this was the first time we rented the upstairs loft. These lofts are the cleanest and most well-appointed places we have ever rented. The beds are so comfortable and it's worth mentioning twice they are spotless. My husband and I are clean freaks. Patty is incredibly thoughtful and responsive. We would never stay anywhere else when in Cottonwood and try to visit every year. Aside from the great restaurants on Main, be sure to visit the Merkin Hilltop; the views are amazing and it's walking distance from the loft. Thanks Patty for another great stay!

This was a great spot for a weekend away in Prescott! It was our first trip to this cute town and it was fantastic being able to walk into town and we had so much space in this wonderful apartment! Hoping this place is available for our next stay!

Loved this place! It was perfect location away from the crowds of Sedona but an easy drive to wherever you’d like to go! It was more than great!
