This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This cozy loft was amazing to stay in, and we felt right at home. The location couldn't have been better, only a few minutes walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things. Loved everything about our stay and we will be moving to the area so we will definitely book this for visiting family and friends. Michelle goes above and beyond. She really cares and it shows. She responds quickly and kindly to any message or request. This place is so cute and cozy, clean and comfortable. The beds are fantastic!! Pillows, sheets, plenty of blanket options. The whole place has everything one could need. And great water pressure for showers and dishes. Sitting on the front porch was so relaxing. We watched all the cute birds entertain us. We didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay, we had a nice fire and the cool rainy night. Very nice. Will visit again.

I had a great stay at Meagan’s place in downtown Franklin. The house is in a perfect, walkable location with easy access to great coffee shops and restaurants. Meagan was a super gracious and thoughtful host—highly recommend!

More spacious than we anticipated. The vibe was clean and comfortable and loved having coffee out on the front porch overlooking the yard. I was afraid the location would be a little far from things to do (we booked so we were close to a wedding venue), but in actuality, it was 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to be, while feeling like we were out in the country. Loved the Scots-Irish stack stone walls and gave us some history to pass on to our kid. Carol was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here when in the area again. My son was disappointed we were staying in the main house! I was not disappointed that I would have to sweep those floors! ; )

We love staying at Edy’s farm. It’s our third time! We love the peaceful surroundings, farm animals, close proximity to Sarah Benson Park, Leipers Fork, and Circa restaurant. Edy and Chris are great hosts. Highly recommend!!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay here. The property is so peaceful and in a gorgeous area. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you, Jim and Hilda for a wonderful stay—we will be back!

I had another wonderful stay at Cheryl’s Airbnb while attending the Advanced Stone Setting class at the New Approach School for Jewelers. This was my second time staying here, the first being in August 2024, and Cheryl continues to be amazing. She’s incredibly sweet, and I love starting my mornings by looking at the beautiful horses. Even though we can’t pet them, just being around them is a delight. The highlight of my stay, and the reason I keep coming back, is Trixie, the most amazing, sweet dog. Looking forward to my next visit!

I enjoyed staying at Candice's place. She is very friendly and always responds quickly to messages. I loved the spacious, airy feel of this place as well as the modern decor. A very comfortable stay.

The Farm is absolutely amazing! Tina and her family were very hospitable and welcoming. We loved spending time with the animals and waking up everyday to gorgeous views. The location is perfect to all things that you want to see. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back to visit again.

The apartment was just as pictured and described! So cute and charming. Has all the necessities you need and is a great use of space! The ceilings are quite low, so if you’re tall you should be aware, but we’re a short family so it wasn’t a problem for us. This stay is in the country, so there are some critters but nothing that isn’t expected with the nature and humidity. We saw two deer, cows, hawks, and vultures on the property! And the chocolate milk provided from the family dairy is AMAZING! Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location with easy access to Franklin. Thanks Savannah for making our trip great and would love to return to explore the area more.

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, hot shower was great, bed was comfortable. Felt very private and secure. Had great outdoor lighting so I could see to enter door access code easily. I knew I could get in touch with Elaine easily but did not need anything. Check in and check out was very easy!

Great private location in the woods. Close enough to Franklin but, far enough away to enjoy the wilderness and serenity.
