Amy and Daniel were amazing hosts! They were very proactive with their detailed messages, very friendly, quick to respond, etc. Their place is absolutely adorable and even better in person than in the pictures. Their place was close to everything that Franklin Tennessee had to offer. This was probably one of the best well supplied Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, they literally had everything you could think of in the house. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are visiting Franklin Tennessee, and I would definitely stay again with my family.

Gail was a pleasure to communicate with. The place was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Horses across from the street was an added experience for my son. Would reccomend to anyone who wants a getaway in TN.

Clean and simple living spaces, peaceful neighborhood, easy access to downtown Franklin. Very pleased with entire experience and would definitely book again.

We loved the classy, quiet community around the home, and fully enjoyed the gorgeous home! The walking path near the house was so nice! We hiked there quite a few times. Such a wonderful place. We are so thankful for everything and loved our vacation there!

We loved staying in this home. It was very clean and all the furniture/etc was very cozy and inviting. The beds were super comfy and the linens were amazing!! Kitchen was huge and had everything you would need. The deck was so nice and also very big. The host was really nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely want to stay again next time we visit.

We made lots of sweet and fun memories in Jodi’s camper! She was very responsive, so friendly and helpful! We loved sitting by the fire at night we did not travel far, but that goes to show you that you don’t have to to make sweet memories!!

My family in town stayed at the loft and it was perfect for them. Super close to everything in Nolensville! We also had a party at the gather place which is below the loft. It was wonderful. Amazing space to host parties. Truly a lovely stay all around.

This is a perfect place to stay! We have family that lives in the town, and there are not many local places to stay. I found Cassie place and it is beyond perfect! And such a great location

Sean was an amazing host - going above and beyond. Got the fireplace going for us and a had a few little very pleasant surprises for us. Able to play audio/radio both inside and outside near the pool which is a unique feature. Scenic location

Staff were very helpful. My girlfriend got quite sick and they brought me cleaning tools when I called front desk. We had to leave in a rush but it was an enjoyable stay.

The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

What a great escape! The Barn By The Creek was our home away from home for 8 days and offered everything we needed for an extended stay in Nashville. The kitchen is handy - the bedrooms comfy and the location close enough to the Nashville 'scene' but yet away from it all. Jonathan is a great host! Thanks for providing such a unique experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s! As a family traveling with young kids, we appreciated the toys, books and fully fenced backyard play area. The location was great - super convenient to downtown Franklin and our family nearby.

This was our first Airbnb stay and I have to say if they are all this great, I’ll definitely do it again. This place has everything you need for an easy stay. Plenty of room and super clean. The bed linens were freshly laundered and smelled wonderful! And I love the labeling of where everything belongs plus the book that maintains images and instructions for everything. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend staying in the Cozy Cottage. Great location and exactly what we needed for the Christmas holiday. Jenny was awesome!! We plan to stay again when we are in the area. You will not be disappointed staying at the Cozy Cottage!!

What a beautiful property with lots of space inside and out. Seating areas upstairs and downstairs is convenient and 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) allows for separation between early risers and late sleepers. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans to accommodate everyone. Large table outside near the grill made barbecue convenient. Plenty of parking available.

Beautiful and nicely renovated. Felt very comfortable and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area! Loved the furnishings and theme! Would definitely return! LOVE!!

A small work team from our company was in Franklin for a meeting and chose to stay at Samuel's Airbnb vs. a cold impersonal hotel. This was a great choice! The house was pristine and well-appointed. It had plenty of room for team members and provided comfortable space for business discussions. It was also located a stones throw from downtown with tons of quaint shops and restaurants. the best part of the stay was the host. Samuel couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. He even helped reschedule our stay when I in accurately booked on the wrong date (oops.). I definitely recommend this property.

Megan was an amazing host of this beautiful property. She was flexible, helpful, accommodating, responsive and the list goes on and on! Our family was in visiting for a family funeral. We were unsure of guests and our exact plans and Megan quickly answered any and every question. We were able to comfortably relax in this beautiful home with literally EVERYTHING we did or could have needed. The home is beautifully furnished and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to relax at home together for meals. There is plenty of comfortable space to chat together or spend some quiet time alone in the reading nook or entryway. The space also easily allowed privacy for a few of us who needed to take calls or video meetings during our stay. We hope to come back again when it’s a little warmer and a little less rainy to enjoy the beautiful deck and firepit on the patio. Many thanks to Megan who made a difficult time for a family much easier to manage!

Best beds I have ever had at an Airbnb!! The pillows were awesome as well. The house was as in the photos and very clean. It is on the same property as the owners which was unexpected but didn't detract from the stay. The only bummer was there was a fence being installed while we stayed so there was a work crew right outside for a good chunk of the time. It was a short ride into town with great little shops. The factory was such a fun stop. overall an awesome stay.
