The communication was fantastic and allowed us to make a needed last minute decision for a place to lodge. The views are incredible and the space was very comfortable!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The casita was spotless, beautifully decorated, absolutely GORGEOUS views of the water and perfect balcony view to watch the infamous Lake Travis sunsets. Comfortable bed and living room with everything we needed! Kitchen fully stocked. I was most impressed with the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of our host. Finding all the personal touches like tennis rackets and tennis balls, pickleball equipment, even bubbles for the kids.. I could go on, but I don’t want to spoil the neat surprises for other guests! Finally, working with Kenieshiear was wonderful! Extremely responsive to any needs. Our code didn’t work when we first arrived, but with a quick text and less than 2 mins later it was fixed! Very sweet, kind, and welcoming to my daughter and I! It was just us travelling together and most importantly I felt SAFE staying there and enjoying everything the island had to offer! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This place was lovely. The sheets were so soft I had a hard time sleeping the first night...good problem...The host was very responsive and honest about Lake Travis being low. I did have a nice walk along the old shoreline. Easy place to access and so very quiet. Loved it!

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

The host is a great communicator, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and exactly as pictured and described. Place is located really near the indoor amenities is a plus. If you want a peaceful retreat this is the place with all the amenities. I really enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool and the views on my daily walks.... especially at sunset. I would recommend stopping by HEB/ Target for snacks etc prior to arrival. Leander is nearby I recommend Casa Costa Bake shop & Lakewood park!

We loved the apartment! The great location, super clean apartment, tasteful decoration, this apartment had everything we needed. I especially appreciated how clean the place was. Since it is located in the shopping areas, it can get noisy at night but earplugs were provided and we had no issues with sleeping. My kids slept in the second bedroom which was away from the street and they said it was super quiet. We stayed here for MOTOGP at COTA. Since this place is right off the highway, it was only 45 minutes away from the track. Maybe even shorter with toll roads. MO was very responsive with communication and super helpful. Easy check in and check out. Everything worked and was easy to operate. 100% recommended.

What a great location and beautiful yard!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient to Northeast Austin, and there were plenty of amenities nearby. The host's communication was excellent, and they were very responsive, this was truly appreciated. The river is full of fossils and treasures, it was nice to have some open space to play too for the kids! Would highly recommend.

if you’re looking for a very peaceful getaway this is the perfect spot. beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and kitchen area. If you like hiking/ going on trails they have plenty.

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

We had an amazing experience at Jay's Airbnb! The check-in process was smooth, and the place was exactly as described in the listing, even better in person! The space was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The view from the living room and patio was hard to beat. Everyone in our group absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. They were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool area was spacious, and the hot tub was perfect for our group and had plenty of space our group of 12. It was definitely a favorite spot for everyone! Communication with Jay was excellent! He was quick to respond and provided great updates when the hot tub was heating up. We highly recommend Jay's place and would stay again next time in the area.

The place was great! We had an opportunity to relax and there was plenty of room to have conversations and also come together. We had a great experience with fishing and paddle boarding we would definitely come back again! Thanks Sean!

Great stay for 2 families. The kids had a blast with pickleball, basketball, fishing and the xbox and the whole lounge set up. Lots of space for us inside and out! April and her husband were super responsive and had lots of helpful information.

we stayed here last year and loved the place so much that we had to stay here again! there’s lot of street parking and right across the street is a pond and it’s really beautiful! it’s always super clean and very spacious. would definitely be coming back again :)

Amazing place and peacefully getaway!

My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines and they had the bed decorated with hearts of flower petals so nice! We loved the place and the hot tub was amazing since the weather was cool, the views are relaxing and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to come back !

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

Exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive. There was an initial rebooking and she proactively found us a comparable and pleasant alternative. The area is great. As we were advised to do, I recommend buying all your groceries in Austin or along the way before you arrive. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck is amazing. We grilled outside three out of four night. Really enjoyed ourselves.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. It exceeded all my expectations and provided everything I needed and more. The place was incredibly quiet, relaxing, clean, and peaceful. I will definitely be returning when I need to recharge and disconnect. Thank you again, Scott, for having me!

April was very proactive in keeping me updated about the property. She provided suggestions and instructions for our stay. Easy check in and out process . The water line has drastically decreased however there’s still a decent view to be able to relax and unwind from this condo . We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. Seeing the deer every day was amazing. The condo was clean, has all of your essentials and so much to do around. They were so responsive every time we had a question. We hope to be back!
