Brittany is really a great and helpful host! Already in advance she was so kind, to put us some additional things into the apartment (baking utilities and a baby crip for our newborn). In case needed, it was easy to reach her or Emily. A small challenge at the first evening has been very fast solved. Thanks for this! The apartment is nice and comfortable and we would love to come back for our next stay in St Cloud.

Our stay was perfect in every way. This rental is even more gorgeous in person than pictures. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and a perfect location for the area. Loved the complimentary coffee! Thank you for everything 🤍

The place was absolutely adorable. I loved the open brickwork design. It was a very spacious apartment and had a lot of space for a lot of people. It felt very clean. There is a nice big table to comfortably accommodate all guests. The stairs going up to the apartment are fairly narrow, and there are a lot of them, which is mentioned in the description, so keep that in mind. Also, the kitchen cabinets and drawers felt a bit disorganized, but that’s probably to be expected with so many people coming and going. While we were there, the shop beneath us was taking down Christmas decorations, and it was quite loud. However, they did not do it during quiet hours, so it’s not anyone’s fault, I just didn’t want to be woken up at seven am to a drill. 🙃 Other than that, I absolutely loved this little place and would totally stay here again. It’s right down the street, within walking distance, from an adorable little coffee shop called Rhema Coffee. I would highly recommend it.

Had a recent stay while in the area for work. Check-in was smooth and when I ran into an issue checking-in, the host was extremely responsive in getting the issue resolved. The unit was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Karrie's place was just as advertised. We stayed there for Christmas Eve and Christmas day to be close to our daughter so she wouldn't have to travel as she worked Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas. We brought Thai take out for Christmas Eve because that is what we all like and cooked sea food for Christmas day. The space was perfect for our needs and fit our requirements. We played games on the dining table before and after meals and appreciated the smart TV for entertainment. Plenty of linins for our needs and my daughter appreciated the use of washer and dryer. Nice neighborhood and plenty of space for parking. We were very happy with how our holiday worked out.

We are living in a very small house while we build a house. We did not have room to have our five children and families to celebrate Christmas. Although it was a very unique Christmas for us, it could not have been a better experience while we wait for our home to be done. We have a one year old grandson and wondered if we needed to bring all the stuff for him. They literally had it all, crib, highchair, toys - made our stay easier and we had one happy little boy! Antoine was great to work with. Our family had a great time and we thank Antoine for sharing his home and make everything run smoothly.

Great stay in the center of Saint Cloud! Marinna made check-in a breeze and was very accommodating during a Christmas stay. The place was clean and peaceful - would definitely stay again.

Amazing property! We kayaked the lake, sat by a fire and just enjoyed the Minnesota weather. We will definitely be back. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a family friendly AirBNB

Beautiful! Thank you Josh. Beautiful home. Fit us nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was lovely with the cool windy weather we had! A heads up for future guests- there is no dining room table. There are stools around the island for eating. If you plan to have sit down meals, play games etc, not able to at this property. There is a table on the deck overlooking the lake, but the weather wasn’t conducive to using the deck.

lots of room to spread out with the upstairs made it really nice. It was Easy to get to and find. Natalie is a great host and it was a pleasure being able to talk to her! We hope to stay again sometime.

Had a great stay. Unit was quite a bit larger than I expected with distinct living, kitchen and bedroom areas. Wifi worked great. Everything was clean and orderly. The bathroom being separate from the unit (which is clearly stated in the description) was a bit awkward at first but I got used to it quickly as guests in the other two units in the house were rarely downstairs using the laundry area making the bathroom boarderline private anyway. Also note that this bathroom is reserved just for people staying this downstairs studio unit. House is centrally located and neighborhood felt very safe. Overall this a solid choice at great price and I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Shannon and Amanda’s for close to 6 months while working at St. Cloud Hospital. Their home was perfect. It was cozy, convenient to everything, and spacious enough for myself, my husband, and 2 dogs to live and feel comfortable. Being from New Orleans, a travel job so far from home in Minnesota was daunting. They took care of us and we’ll forever be appreciative. The home is situated conveniently within half a mile of multiple grocery stores, a gym, pharmacy, and other necessities. Multiple parks are within a couple of minutes drive. The fenced in yard is huge. Our dogs were big fans. The living room is cozy with a huge wrap around sectional and big screen streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook, which we did a lot of. The grill and fire pit out back was perfect for Minnesota summer and fall nights. The beds were comfy and it stayed quiet in the house- zero noise from the nearby mill or road. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.
