This condo was awesome, centrally located, quiet, clean. Liked that this unit parking was undercover. never had to drive car once we got there till we left, used the Wave shuttle, which was a bargain ! got out to aquarium and clear up to Neptune !! first time in Virginia Beach in many years and staying in Ryans place made it so relaxing. Thanks for allowing us to use your unit !!! Cathy And we got to enjoy the Thunderbirds put on a show over our beach on Thursday !!!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

Great place to stay for the night while visiting Virginia Beach! Great location very close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Nataly provided lots of recommendations, it was easy to find and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay again!

A perfectly cozy and well appointed studio. Very quiet in the evenings, and plenty of activities during the day on and near the boardwalk. This is the perfect, safe, affordable spot on the beach.

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! We had a wonderful stay in Virginia Beach. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. The views were spectacular, great restaurants within walking distance, and the boardwalk is lovely.

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

Highly Recommend! My first time in Norfolk and I almost don’t want others to know about this place because it will be booked whenever I want to return. Peacefully neighbor and safe for women solo-traveler. The backyard is a dream and everything works great inside the home.

What a beautiful and serene space for a women’s retreat! It is very obvious that the home is very well loved as well as very special. We all discussed coming back again because we enjoyed the space, the comfort and the scenery very much. We thoroughly enjoyed the great blue heron right outside the window each day as well as breathtaking sunsets. It was hard to get back to the grind after such a beautiful sanctuary weekend away.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

This is a beautiful spacious home with lots of amenities. We loved the open concept and that most of the house is on one level, so not a lot of stairs. The kids really enjoyed playing outside, the playroom and the night we had s"mores by the fire pit.

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

The condo was great very clean and more than enough room for my guest and I. The beach was so close we did not have to walk far at all. Crystal was very responsive and made sure getting to parking to checking in to helping us find places to eat and things to do was easy you practically don’t have to look up anything cause everything was in the messages.

We truly enjoyed our stay in late March. Very convenient location on the broad walk. Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean . Truly an experience , sunrise on the beach priceless. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Great place to stay with family where enjoyable waves, sunrise, sunset. We loved every moment of it, specially at night when people are sleeping and earth became quite then sounds of ocean and waves makes a different level of happiness!!! Kelly was quick responsive and flexible on check in and check out. I would love to stay there again and again whenever go there!!!

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.

We are so happy that we found this place! It's quite a gem - right on a beautiful sand beach and very close to the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge where we enjoyed our walks. The condo is in a large and very comfortable complex with 2 swimming pools, grills, gym and even it's own and quite good restaurant. Trevor and Renee are very experienced, super friendly and easy to communicate with hosts. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure all our needs are satisfied. Extra thanks for proving the utility wagon to bring our things from and to the car. We will be back!

Sam’s place was in a great location, right at the beach and the main thoroughfare. The place itself was clean, roomy , and easy to get to. Sam was very easy to communicate with, was responsive to questions, and flexible with check in time.
