This lovely Victorian has obviously had a lot of love lavished on it. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The beds had good linens, and the bathrooms had enough towels. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had plenty of dishes and supplies. The yards were well maintained and the back porch was a welcome surprise. Great house.

Check out the forest across the street. It is worth a hike.

Loved it here. What a sanctuary! Very, very private. The yards are gorgeously landscaped - wonderful to sit by the fountain and pond and listen to the water trickling and the sounds of wildlife. The side yard was great for our pup, and both yards are fully fenced. Inside, everything is sparkling clean, comfortable and stylish with nice furnishings. The kitchen has high quality appliances, cookware, and a nicely stocked pantry with basics and extras. The location is great for access to the parks, and the neighborhood is quiet. Very low traffic and sidewalks for dog walking down to the river paths. The icing on the cake is the sauna. Now I need one at home.

Amber was very nice, responsive, accommodating to our needs. The house is beautiful and there were lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable for us and we all had great sleep. The area is peaceful. Definitely recommend!

Evelyn was kind and quick to respond to all messages. She had clear instructions on check in and out. The house is cute and clean. You can tell she put thought and care into making a home away from home. Loved the added touch of extra blankets, lots of pamphlets to plan adventures with and the coffee nook.

We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday combining two families. We especially appreciated the decorations! There was plenty of room for four adults and three kids.

Came up from the Bay Area to see the redwoods and I am so glad I chose to stay here. This place was a great and comfortable stay for my family and I. It is well maintained and I can tell the place is made with love. Thank you Zack and Caroline for the amazing stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful craftsman style home. The location was perfect and within a 5 minute walk to the very charming business district in Ferndale with great eateries and amazing local stores. The house was very well maintained and had everything you could possibly need, including a Keurig coffee maker with various pods with creamer in the refrigerator and a spice rack with any spice you could need. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and having a TV in the living room and each bedroom allowed all of us to watch exactly what we wanted. There were extra blankets in each bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. I often have trouble sleeping while traveling and slept like a baby. A must is having lunch or dinner at Tuyas...the food was fantastic, Heart & Soul for baked goods and the Farmer's Daughter for ice cream & gifts. The host, Denise, was very responsive and I would HIGHLY recommend this rental if you plan on visiting Ferndale.

We had the best weekend ever at this place! The pool and river were incredible and the house was very comfortable. Tessa was so flexible with us when we needed to reschedule due to wildfire smoke. We will definitely be back again 😊.

The side of the house boasts a beautiful view. The woodfire stove made it cozy and a highlight.

My family and I loved the green cabin, even in the rain! We visited, played board games and watched movies provided. The layout of property is perfect. Lots of comfy beds, generous seating on couch and table. We are already planning our next stay!

GREAT house - very retro and unique. Location is incredible; we had so much fun spending time at the river. Pool is awesome. Kitchen has everything. I think we will come back!

The house is comfy and cozy and was well stocked, even for our big family of 8 and kitty and our long stay. The beds were super comfy and the yard was great with pool, lots of pool toys, and plenty of seating. Beautiful views of the mountain and nature everywhere. Great house, great hosts, we had a wonderful stay! :)

Jocelyn’s home was absolutely stunning. The house is very large and can accommodate several guests. It’s beautifully decorated and very cozy. It’s way up on the hill, private, and surrounded by beautiful trees, but only about a 10 minute drive to town if you need to grab something. I slept in the downstairs king bed and it was absolutely cozy. I had three teenagers with me, as well as another couple. There was plenty of space. Jocelyn has thought of everything, very well equipped for anything you might need. The hot tub was nice and hot when we got there. It truly is a slice of paradise. We loved that we were able to bring our fur baby too!! What an amazing staycation!!!

Kyle was an excellent host and his place was exactly what we were expecting. Check in was easy and the place was spotless clean, quiet and cozy! We loved relaxing by the fire pit and enjoyed the night sky. It had everything we needed and more! They made sure to add some fun personal touches, like all the things needed to make some s’mores by the fire. We really appreciated the chilled welcome wine and a couple cold local brews in the fridge! They thought of pretty much everything, even making sure we had all the basics for our pup as well as treats and toys! We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was a great, quaint, peaceful place to stay at for a couple of night! Tracy was very accommodating, especially with our dog!

This is located in a quaint small town called Trinidad. Close to Redwood National and State Parks. It's also close to the Trinidad State Beach where we did a hike on the Trinidad Head with great ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of condiments and a variety of coffee to choose from. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed the stay very much. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Redwood National and State Parks and the Eureka area.

Very cozy and clean. Close to coffee, restaurants, and the square. Slept very well. Street is a little noisy on Saturday night (college town), but that’s Arcata for you. Very nice stay.

Great stay at Alexa's. From the Organic half and half in the fridge, to the comfortable bed, to the fancy leather lounge chairs, to the pitter-patter of rain on the metal shed roof. Also, the views out the front (back) are gorgeous and nostalgic. It's an easy walk to picturesque and quaint Ferndale, and a short drive to the coast.

Sabrina’s place was just what we needed for the few days we were in town. Close enough to the plaza to walk— even in the rain! Her house is small, but not lacking in any way. Furniture was practical and mindful for the space provided. A minimalist approach at its finest! I loved it. Thank you again for your hospitality. I will def be coming back to stay next time around!

We booked this place as a space to wind down after a long day in the Redwoods. Linda was a very proactive and responsive host. The space was super clean and all of the amenities were as described. The beds were also some of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in an Airbnb, so that was a lovely surprise!

The Strawhouse resort and cafe is one of our go to spots when we camp on the Trinity and this was our first time staying with them. The studio was nice and quiet and the AC was a godsend with the heat. There was no one staying in the attached space so we had the whole area to ourselves and it was lovely! The kitchen has basic amenities so make sure to bring what you need that said we easily made 3 dinners with no issues! Make sure to stop in for lunch or their pizza ( I specifically love the veggie sando and get it every time!) we will absolutely be back!
