Bill and Sandy’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s a historic home that has been beautifully renovated. It’s in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. We were able to walk to all the restaurants/ coffee shops / bars that we wanted to and there was even a vintage market right around the corner that we loved! Plenty of on street parking as well if you do have a car. My partner and I, are moving to the area & we will definitely recommend this home to anyone who comes to visit us in the future!

This house had everything we needed to enjoy our annual fishing trip in sunset harbor. We love the neighbor hood. Everyone we enconutered was very friendly. The house is very close to the boat ramp and a gas station so we did not have to waste any time and could maximize our fishing experience. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen hardware needed to cook and make our stay very comfortable and stress free. The house has a fish cleaning station in the back which was a great for our needs. We would love to come back and stay again. The host were very responsive and clear with check in and check out instructions. :)

Absolutely adorable home! Every room was decorated so beautiful and cozy with every amenity you could image. The game room was a BLAST! and was our favorite place to hang out. The coffee station and fire pit were other added bonuses. We enjoyed hanging out in the house as much as we enjoyed being close to downtown Wilmington with all the wonderful restaurants and activities. Wonderful hosts and highly recommend!

This was probably our most favorite AirBnB stay of all time. Jennifer and Mark go above and beyond any other AirBnB host I've ever experienced. Their house is pristine - better than the photos. The house looked brand new inside - so clean and modern, but still felt cozy and warm. Well stocked kitchen with great knives (matters to me since I love to cook). Also, since we have two small children, I loved all the extra decorative baskets with blankets. We were able to use them to store toys and keep the place well organized. The backyard is heaven for a family. We play all the sports - it's huge! Also loved that I could come to a beach location and there were beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella available to us. The front porch is so peaceful and the grill in the back is great too. We will 100% book Mark and Jennifer whenever we come. It was the best stay!

This house was perfect for my trip to Wilmington. I loved the overall aesthetic! It was so comfortable to just chill out after a long day. The place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I had my dog traveling with me and it was a good space for him as well. It was everything I needed and more. I appreciated the convenience of always having parking right out front of the house. The hosts were very hospitable, communicative and responsive. The only slight downside would be the neighborhood not being the greatest. I didn’t have any issues at all but I could tell it’s trying to be an up and coming area where you should just be smart and be aware of your surroundings. However, the location was perfect for either heading to the historic district, the beach or any of the parks in Wilmington. It was a wonderful home base for our trip!

Fabulous spot! Our family stayed for a couple of nights for a quick beach trip and will definitely be back for a longer stay. Too many vacation rentals are bare bones, but not this place. Incredibly well stocked, comfortable beds and super clean. Easy beach access on foot, plus the use of the golf cart made it easy (and fun!) to cruise around the island. Awesome host too, friendly and super responsive. Only issue is I wish we had been able to stay longer.

We had a wonderful, easy stay at Amelia’s home. It is well stocked and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home. About a 10-minute walk to the beach & restaurants. Communication was quick and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Billie was very responsive and helpful. Small issue with the trash not being emptied by last guests, but she made sure it was handled immediately. Check in was a breeze and she was so accommodating when I mentioned we would be in the area sooner than the listed check in time. Kitchen had everything we needed. Screened in porch was great. Everything was literally perfect. Thank y’all for being amazing hosts!

Wow! Where do I start…this place is amazing! First off, the pictures on here do not do it justice! I would recommend searching it on google. This b&b is extremely beautiful and right out of a movie! The room and location were perfection. However, what really stood out was the service. You will be greeted by Eppy, who will welcome you and collect any details regarding your arrival! Upon arriving, we met Angie! She is an angel! She makes you feel right at home, so warm and welcoming! The previous review about never being hungry is TRUE!! She makes a killer breakfast!! Not exaggerating whatsoever!! I could honestly keep writing about our incredible experience, fortunately there’s limited characters. If you are looking for a beautiful, magical & wonderful place to stay in Wilmington, do not look any further! You will not find anything that comes close to Angie’s!! Angie & Eppy are so special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

Staying at Phoebe’s was amazing! Me and some friends came for a short girls trip and she was so sweet to make us breakfast when we requested and gave us directions and suggestions for beaches, shops, restaurants, and activities! We also came at the perfect time as she invited us to attend a sea turtle release with her which only happens once a year! The space was super cozy and felt like home. If I ever come back to this area of NC I definitely want to stay with her!

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

Joya and her husband were perfect hosts. I have never stayed in a home with the owners present. Every need we had was met! Because we had an 8yo on our trip, she thought ahead and cooked us waffles, bacon, and watermelon! Our bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and stocked with necessities. They're good people. 10/10.

When I arrived at her home Lynn greeted me at the driveway and proceeded to show me my accomodations. As soon as I entered I knew this was a 5 star home. My accomodations were spacious convenient and immaculate. I enjoy peace and quiet and it was so quiet I could not even find a squeaking door. It is close to Oak Island with a beach and a number of restauramts. It is also close to Southport with more restaurants and a quaint town to walk around. The next time I visit St. James, finding an accomodation will be so easy. It will be Lynn's.

We had such a lovely time at Margaritte's Bonitz House. The home is so beautiful and a close walk to downtown. It was my love's birthday weekend and Margaritte surprised us with extra touches to make his day even more special, including Prosseco and a birthday note! She was so informative, sending information about things to do and sharing the history of the house. She asked questions to make our stay more personalized. The house is so lovely, with beautiful chandeliers and the bathroom of the Kate suite is breathtaking. We are already looking forward to visiting again!
