We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

we followed our families recommendation who stayed in Chris’s larger unit last month. This 1 bedroom was perfect for husband & me ~ loved the historic loft restoration with openness, tall ceilings, brick walls, pipe fixtures, & perfectly equipped kitchen. comfortable bed, nice sheets, quality towels & toilet paper + Kleenex! yes, You can hear folks down below in the outstanding and convenient brewery & the distant sounds of trains when in main room, but by the time we retired into the bedroom at 10 PM didn’t notice any noise. appreciated being able to check in at 2 PM & instructions were perfect. plenty of convenient parking in large lot right behind building. Felt safe, loved having our own little balcony & Chris was immediately responsive with a great suggestion for dinner at Brisas Latin Caribbean restaurant right next-door to the brewery. Walked all around historic Goldsboro-don’t miss Gypsy Bean Coffee Shop run by Garrett, perfect espresso fancy drinks like flat white & drip

Super clean and new feeling apartment & convenient trash service! Decent restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Probably the fastest communication with any host I’ve had!

Amazing stay! The place is just as pictured and fit our large group perfectly. We loved the close grocery and restaurants. Plenty of additional parking and the surrounding area/neighborhood was safe, clean and not heavy traffic. Would love to stay again if ever in the area !!

SHARISE is very professional and her communication was A+. I am looking forward to staying again whenever I make it back in town again. Would DEFINITELY recommend stay here. As long as it is not when I come back to GOLDSBORO.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family. Conveniently located to get to anywhere in Raleigh within less than 20 minutes. Matt was wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Sorry for the long message but Liz turned our bad situation into a pleasant 2 weeks. We had a home fire about a month ago and have been unable to stay at our home during repairs and fire mediation. We were in need of a place ASAP and Liz came to the rescue. She accommodated our early check l in request, and extended our reservations twice because of our repair timeframe taking a bit longer. I know that her business is to rent her property but she made sure to go above and beyond in actually being concerned about the progress of our home. I am pleased to say that we are back in our home and want to publicly thank LIZ for providing a property that felt just like home. Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
