Given the amenities, it was worth the price paid for three bedrooms and the pool. I might expect a lower rate in the off season if the rental was available. The hot tubs need some maintenace/adjustments to be fully functional--both the large one and small one. Otherwise, a great stay with a smart house and a great entertainment room for watching movies!

It was a nice peaceful getaway for my wife and I. House was easy to find, and was easy to get into via the door code. Everything looked and smelled clean. All amenities were easily accessible as called out by the host. We’ll definitely staying again!

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. FAMILY GETAWAY is a MUST for your next vacation! Everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the views were gorgeous! We had daily visits from some sweet deer that just added to the peacefulness of the place. We arranged with the caretaker, Bill, to heat the pool. He made sure it was ready to go! Bill’s son, James, took us on a golf cart tour of the property which was very informative and explained all the amenities available including kayaking and walking/hiking trails. I wish we had booked a longer stay so that we could take advantage of everything they had to offer. My kids, ages 27-32 and my 3-year-old granddaughter loved the game room and really enjoyed themselves. We loved the frisbee golf, bikes, pickleball, the gorgeous pool, and feeding Star and Blackjack, the sweet horses on the property. Our time here was truly a blessing and if I could give it 100 stars, I would! Hurry and book it before someone else does!

This place was perfect. We were a large group and it was big enough for everybody. It was clean and looked exactly like the pics. I Would definitely book again!!!!!!

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area…6 adults and 5 kids 6 and under! The house was a beautiful farmhouse in a quiet location. It also had every we needed to feel at home and plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Stephanie was very communicative and made sure that we were informed and had everything we needed. The Airbnb was in a nice quiet location, but still close enough driving wise to get to other places. It was comfortable and spacious, and it had everything we needed to relax and to make meals.

Kevin and Patience were the best host as they were very prompt, responsive and kind. The apartment is amazing, well decorated, cosy and feels just like home. I enjoyed the snacks and stocked fridge and the option to lay in bed and watch TV, and get a good night sleep. The check in was easy, loved the location and most importantly, the hosts were super helpful. I stayed here two times because it's a gem and I will be back. Thank you for your hospitality and for taking time out to meet me. I highly recommend!

This was a great home to stay at, I was here for 2 months while waiting on my home to be remodeled, both Erin and Andrew were super responsive and helpful with everything. The home was spacious for me and my family we all had room to move around. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this home to anyone looking for a family home that’s relaxing and comfortable.

Great place with more than enough space to entertain the family. We had a total of 12 people (two infants). Ashly and the team communicated promptly and effectively. They even allowed us to check in early and check out late at no additional charge. Had a great time utilizing the yard and lake. Hot tub to relax afterward is a great touch.

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Walkable to downtown area, safe location.

We had a great spring break stay here. Wanted a mix of quiet lake time and easy access to the city and it was perfect. Spent a lot of time fishing and caught fish the whole time- was great! A family of deer live around there and each day we would get to see them come onto the property - amazing! Basement with ping pong and cornhole was a hit with the kids. We played hours of pickle ball which is such a great feature of the home! Beds were all super comfortable. I was impressed with the water quality of the home — no smell and was great for a lake house. Very private! Julian was a fantastic super attentive host. Even sent over flashlights prior to a storm rolling in. Thank you!

Nicely decorated house with plenty of room. Convenient amenities and supplies. Rural location. Responsive, friendly host. We were greeted by a family of deer upon arrival, was a nice added touch.

Forest is an excellent host and his home felt comfortable, clean, organized and well stocked with more than we could’ve expected. It’s very family friendly with a safety gate and a baby swing on the deck, miscellaneous safety items in place for the baby and a trampoline the kids loved. Whether traveling with kids or just adults this is the perfect location and home to rent. Thank you Forest for everything! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed this place. It was a great size for our party of nine. We enjoyed the game room, the bonfire pit, and its proximity to Nashville. It was peaceful and welcoming. We would definately recommend this for any group of 8 or more.

Our family enjoyed Shannon’s place so much. This was one of the best places to stay near Nashville if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place. Shannon place is very specious, very large lot that gives you plain of privacy and comfort. We loved the water view even though it was too cold for us, I’m sure this would be great as well during the Summer time. I would highly recommend Shannon’s place and plan to return as well.
