A beautiful, modern lake side house with spacious open plan kitchen and living area with stunning views over the lake. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with birthday treats when we arrived, which were a nice touch. Impeccably clean, and decorated tastefully. Lots to do near by, but it felt secluded enough to enjoy a countryside feel. Thanks for letting us come, we had a great time. James was responsive and helpful when needed.

I had a fabulous weekend stay at Darrell and Eva's beautiful house with a group of girlfriends. It looks JUST like the photos in a stunning spot on the water. Peaceful and spacious with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the house was immaculate. We particularly loved being able to sit on the deck in the sunshine and despite not being brave enough to try the kayaks on the water, we enjoyed watching the geese, ducks and swans having a paddle! Very easy walking from the house to various eateries and some lovely walks. Generous parking available and Darrell and Eva were extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely time! The house is well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. It has a great location in the Cotswolds, near beautiful towns and right by a lake with plenty of wildlife and tranquility. Highly recommended!

Our family booked Olly and Lois’s accommodation for a last minute weekend trip, and it could not have gone better. The communication about our trip was brilliant and allowed us to arrive stress free. The property itself is gorgeous. As a family of four we had ample room, and anything we could have needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable, and it was warm and cozy. The location is excellent for taking trips to local attractions and on site it’s a short walk to the pool and restaurant. The hosts had put so much thought into helping guests enjoy their time, with a detailed guide covering everything you might want to know, and to make it even more special they allowed us extra time to stay later when I explained we missed our chance to experience the pool due to a muddle with timing. I am so glad we booked, and would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you, Olly and Lois - we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful setting very near Bath, but also great for walks along the canal with a wonderful cafe serving fresh delicious home made food. Katy was welcoming, friendly and attentative. Some welcome goodies, biscuits, juice, cereals etc which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean with added touches such a little Christmas tree with lights. Would love to come back and visit again as such a special little cottage. Thank you Katy.

Lovely house, right on a beautiful lake, we were able to the kayaks out for a paddle. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating inside and out. Parking right outside. Already planning our next visit!

The house was just lovely and immaculately clean. The location near the lake was restful and it was very easy to sit back and relax. Sarah and Stuart are very communicative and gave excellent information to help with the stay. We were are a party of 8…..two families and we all loved it. Would definitely make a return visit.

Had an amazing and relaxing time, the place was cosy and clean! The hosts were helpful, proactive and made check in/out a seamless experience. Lovely touches such as cake&prosecco laid out for us when we arrived. Beautiful location right on the lake, very much enjoyed the hot tub and was a perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Would love to come back again and highly recommend!!

We stayed at Alison and Jonathan’s house for a birthday celebration with three generations of family ranging in age from 4 months - 84! The house was absolutely brilliant for us, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The children loved the playground and even spotted rabbits hopping around outside. It was a great base for exploring The Cotswolds and we enjoyed some lovely spring weather so got to enjoy sitting on the patio with the beautiful lake view. Jon and Alison were helpful and always prompt with their communication. I throughly recommend a stay here!
