The house is beautiful. I love how much seating there is. The backyard is amazing. They set up cute little snack arrangements and drinks for us too. And it smelled and looked very clean when we first walked in. It was helpful that we didn’t have to take all the sheets off the bed given how early the check out time is.

Jessica’s house was perfect! Between the updated kitchen, walkable neighborhood, comfy beds and quiet neighbors it exceeded all of my expectations. Jessica was extremely responsive with any questions and flexible about adding an extra day after my exsisiting plans fell through. 100% recomend the house and appreciate the kindness of our host.

Our group of 10 adults had a good stay at this home. The proximity to the airport was very handy and the parking, check-in instructions, and amenities were great. Thanks!!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay as a homeschool group exploring the Alamo and SeaWorld. Daniel was very available with communication and was very responsive. The house was private and clean and the pool and backyard was a great space to burn off some energy for the kids. The downstairs “arcade area” was loved by all of our rambunctious boys and kept them highly entertained. Anyone with small children might want to bring a baby gate for the stairs (which might be available through the BNB but we didn’t inquire about it). Overall enjoyable visit!

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Carole's place and really loved the area: close to South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park, and not far from downtown and East 6th. The house is across from a small park and creek, which our daughter loved exploring, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful houses, both old and new. The house has most everything you need and was comfortable, with good beds and AC to keep you cool when needed. It was great to have the outdoor spaces to hang out when the temps were moderate. We were looking for activities for our 8 year old, and Carole was amazingly helpful with suggestions.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

Westview Retreat is a great location for hiking and boating. Though the lake is at an all time low due to a drought, the community was informative and boating company we used to rent a pontoon were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and best areas to venture. Westview is a quiet neighborhood and a short distance from great hiking. The amenities and home felt like home, very clean, comfortable, and easy to maintain. Appliances and furniture uptodate and overall cozy. Definitely need to visit again.

Bill’s place was super cute, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and shady and great for relaxing. You’re an easy walk to south congress too.

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

This rental is amazing! We never had to leave. It has everything you need! It was so peaceful and serene and everything we needed. Dusty was amazing and so helpful and kind. This rental has everything you need! A beautiful backyard fenced in for pets! It is so cozy and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the river. It just had everything we needed, even though we didn't know we needed it! I will definitely stay here again. I would give it more than five stars if I could. We come to Wimberley often, and this is definitely a gem!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

A wonderful stay and view of the lake. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Maya was easy to communicate with and provided some helpful recommendations on restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

This stay was just seamless from beginning to end. Judy is the most gracious host. She is an excellent communicator, both real time, as well as the notes and instructions left in the home for reference. The house was very comfortable and was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with useful products like the wraps, baggies as well as wide variety spices and oils. Garage was such a help and peace of mind for coming and going. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. Lots of areas to walk for exercise. This home was a perfect fit for my need while exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

Clean, convenient, quiet, and a communicative host. Great spot, would gladly stay again!
