Wow what a truly special house. Our expectations were far exceeded. Our only regret was not staying longer. I cannot find anything negative to report. Our farm tour with Melissa was an added bonus and the delicious hamper of freshly picked produce was very welcome. I highly recommend this house for your stay at Halls Gap.

This is still one of my favorite places that I have been able to visit! Brendan and Petas place is beautiful inside and out, there is just so much to do and explore!! Their place has plenty of space, is private and secure as well. It is really such a beautiful place to visit!!

I recently stayed at this beautiful property in Swan Hill during a trip to Victoria from the UK to visit family. My stepdad had work in the area, so we made it a family trip, and the house was perfect for us. It accommodated my mum, little brother, and my autistic sister comfortably, and the setup made the stay stress-free for everyone. The house itself was immaculate, with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the main one with its king bed and luxurious ensuite. The third bedroom with a king single and toddler cot was particularly useful, and the host even provided a portacot, which was a thoughtful touch for families. We loved spending time in the outdoor area—it was perfect for a barbecue, and the smart TV outside made it feel like an extension of the living space. An extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Michelle was always responsive and extremely helpful. Our third stay at the property and will be plenty more in the future.

I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to friends. Everything was clean and comfortable. The design of the home is really wonderful for a family or small group. Part of our group included tourists that had not been to the Grampians before, and the views from the upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms were a delightful expanse of emus, kangaroos, wood ducks, cockatoos and various bird life, wandering across the fields. This was a beautiful backdrop for our holiday and provided a really scenic and iconic views for us all. With air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs it was easy to stay comfortable. The row of units and location this place was located was tranquil. I enjoyed staying here more than when I have stayed in the middle of town as there was more natural surrounds. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice and large, furniture was very comfortable, really a fantastic place to stay and share time with friends/family after a day of activities:)

The house is in a great spot, walking distance to the river and has great amenities inside. I would book it again

I have been using Gails Units for many years. Nothing is ever to hard for Gail. She is always quick to respond, friendly and has a back up plan for any possible scenario. The units are beautiful and clean and very well equiped…. Home away from home. Close to town and only a short drive to the Grampians.

A beautiful house located on a quiet street in Halls gap. My family absolutely enjoyed the views from the backyard with lots of kangaroos at evening hours. Highly recommended for families!

A very nice stay in Halls Gap. The unit was small but neat and tidy. Lovely to feed the birds on the balcony and not far from the main street. Located back off the main road too, which meant not too much traffic noise. The air con is quite noisy and it was hot over the weekend and there were no fans available to use in the bedrooms. Otherwise a lovely stay, there were even apples and slices to enjoy as well. Would recommend!

Had a great stay at Gail's place. :) We really appreciated the responsiveness when booking as we were very last minute - booked within 24 hrs of arriving! The place was as advertised and the bed super comfy. As a few others have mentioned the bedroom blind doesn't block much light if you want to sleep in or have babies needing naps as we did. We added a blanket to block it out and were good. :) Thanks Gail!
