Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

The apartment was perfectly situated, walkable to the beach and close to Fisherman’s walk. The apartment itself was larger than it looked in the pictures and was great for our family of four, loved the kitchen and the en-suite the most! Ginny as a host was wonderful, small touches like laying out children’s books for the kids and homemade apple cake with other small treats really made us feel at home! Definitely a great stay for Southbourne and very close to Bournemouth too!

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

Great stay and great hosts

Jane's lovely apartment is just like the photos. It was a great based to explore the island and the beach is within walking distance, as long as you can cope with steep hills! Our kids LOVED all the toys and books, and had so much fun playing in their room. Thank you for the chocolate and milk, and for being so responsive when we had a slight issue with the parking. Jahe and Nick are great hosts.

First class stay. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Location very good with parking if required. Very close to station and easy access to/from airport. Kasia and Tom communicated really well and we were very confident when arriving that all would be great. It was… and our expectations were exceeded. We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

Lovely Apartment situated in great peaceful surroundings but easy access to the Beach, shops & local restaurants. The off street parking was really helpful & Chloe was very helpful with instructions. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Rob: Best host ever? Easily! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a personalised welcome card which – a touch that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The directions to the property, the beach, and the woodland were so detailed, they were almost a mini-adventure in themselves! And on-tap filtered water? Pure genius! The property was clean and felt wonderfully homely. Rob’s communication was simply outstanding; he anticipated every need and answered every question before we even asked. He's like a host with superpowers. The private beach was the star of the show. The dramatic tides transformed the landscape twice daily, making it feel like we were experiencing two completely different beaches. It was truly magical. Plus, the friendly neighbours on the private estate added to the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it!

Alison's flat was lovely, clean and easy to keep warm, we had a lovely few days and had very nice walks on the beach.

We had a lovely weekend at Paul and Tracy’s place! The location is ideal in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s about 10 mins drive away from the dog friendly beach and the dogs really enjoyed it. The place is spotless and cozy, and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Whilst Clive & Caroline's place was off the beaten track it was only a mile or so from the A27. Clive met us on our arrival and was incredibly helpful and showed us around and gave us a lot of info about the area and suggested a few good restaurants which we frequented.# Most beautiful location and perfect hosts. We felt right at home in the apartment with everything just as it should be. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and the host friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed as a group of friends who frequent Airbnbs regularly and we would unanimously agree that this is the most spectacular property we have stayed in. Modern and spotless, in a fantastic location with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you would need and every bedroom has an en-suite. Beds are very comfortable and the open plan area is so well set out. Great location for Shanklin and the Island line, we used the service every day and visited the steam railway with ease. Within a short walk of pubs such as the Steamer Inn which served enormous portions. If a dip in the sea is your cup of tea then it’s a 10 minute walk. Simon was very helpful and collecting the key was seamless. Highly recommend and looking to book again.

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

Matt was a great host and the apartment was spotless and very well made for our arrival. The swimming pool is also a great addition. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!
