Very nice place to stay for bigger groups. The property is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and welcoming.

We were in town for the winter holidays visiting family that lives in Lawrenceville. David’s house was wonderful for my family with two young boys. The air hockey table was a hit! Also loved the basement area that we used as a playroom. The backyard looked amazing but was too cold for us to enjoy. I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer. David was very friendly and responsive with questions. Highly recommend his place if you need to stay in the area.

I will definitely be back, hopefully when it’s warmer so I can enjoy the pool. Walked the neighborhood almost everyday and even walked to work at the Terminus building. Excellent location!

Extremely nice home in a great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Meticulously clean and had everything to be like home away from home. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing! My family loved it and it truly felt like home, it was clean when we arrived and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The downstairs area was enjoyed by the entire family, especially the video game! Very Beautiful home and Tan was quick to respond and assist. Definitely recommend! ☺️

A beautifully restored historical home. Attention given to every detail. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning. A very easy stroll. There was no need for us to use our car because numerous shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the home. The backyard is private with a pool and hot tub. The front porch is wonderful to sit on the swing and watch the chickens across the street. If you have children, a very nice playground is across the street. This will be our go to place when we come down to visit our grandchildren.

Loved the stay! Liz and Gary are amazing hosts! They were very thoughtful with us and extremely responsive. The house was beautiful, great restaurants and shops walking distance - will definitely stay here again!

Truly enjoyed my stay. I booked very last minute due to issues with another Airbnb which caused me to cancel after arriving there and the other host was unresponsive. Carol provided excellent customer service and amazing accommodations. My new home away from home.

We had a nice time staying at this home while we were in town for an event. The home was in a great location, and we enjoyed exploring in the backyard. Suyun Home’s was extremely responsive and always replied very quickly! Would recommend to others looking for a house within the area! Thanks for a great visit!

This is a great place to stay and I look forward to visiting again. Pros: the house is in a great location that is convenient to UGA, grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a peaceful and charming vibe and feels like home. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are nice, too. The rooms have fans and AC units for added comfort. The house does back up to a busy street so it can be a little loud during the day but is very quiet at night. The surroundings are beautiful. One area for potential improvement would be to add additional cutlery and general kitchen utensils as well as adding a curtain over the glass door to the master bedroom. Bottom line: I would stay at this property again if in Athens!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was *much* bigger than the photos show, with plenty of room for everyone. The house had two living rooms—one for the kids and one for the adults—which worked out perfectly. The two kitchens were a huge plus, making it easy to cook for our large group. The only downside was the lack of large pots and bowls for cooking in bulk, but this was a minor issue. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. The host was also extremely responsive and accommodating—when a closet door fell off the hinge, they immediately offered to send someone to fix it. Overall, the house was perfect for our group, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

5 Stars This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I’ve ever stayed in! The host provided clear instructions and greeted us warmly. The house was spotless, just as pictured, and incredibly spacious. The yard was well-kept and added to the home’s charm. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality—after I accidentally left my watch behind, the host went out of their way to return it to me personally. Great home for Game Day that was perfect for a group of 6 old college friends in town for a reunion! The house is inside of the loop, right off of South Milledge and about 2 miles from the stadium and or downtown. Anna was super responsive and helpful and we had a wonderful time staying at this home.

Michael’s place was great! We had the up and downstairs for our family and it was plenty of space to spread out. The only cons were the staircase between levels was a little tight as was the driveway to get to the parking pad. But we were both in vans and made it fine just take it slow. The separate kitchens and living rooms made it where we could have our own space but get together and hang out too. The house is nestled in this cute neighborhood where you feel out of the city, but is close enough to get to downtown pretty quickly. We also took a quick 30 min drive up to Marietta to go to Flashback Arcade and it was an easy drive and we all enjoyed the old school arcade! Michael was a great communicator and always answered back really quickly and was proactive with giving details and info about check in, check out and info about the house. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Safe neighborhood and it was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. What really stood out is how nice and responsive the hosts were. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Definitely will be recommending our family and friends when they travel to ATL to stay here.

Our stay here was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for the kids, and we even saw a few deer one evening. Fun game room area downstairs. Comfortable beds. Very spacious house. Svetlana was available and responsive in every way.

Mike saved the day and responded quickly as I got out of a previous horrible air bnb. Upon arrival, I noticed Mike’s place smelled great and was extremely clean. The stay was quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, home is exactly as shown on listing, was neat and clean, lots of shopping and restaurants around. Over all great neighborhood. Manny and his wife was very communicative, his wife even took the time out to ensure the code that was given worked and when it didn't it was changed to a new code and communicated with me. We were there for a family member's funeral, Manny had kind words to express and was empathetic, and also expressed having safe travels back home and hope to visit again too enjoy Atlanta, with being such a great host will definitely stay again. Thank you for being such great Hosts.

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out.
