We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

We had a great time at Diana’s place. We loved being able to use the available kayaks and fishing gear! Diana was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations. Moon bay was the perfect choice for our family of 5! Thanks Diana

We had a great week! The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location and looking right at the ocean.

1st time in the keys and we stayed at Ana's lovely place for 4 days and 3 nights. It was the perfect jump off place to explore the keys. When we originally pulled up I was a little nervous as the exterior of the building is a little older and I was concerned maybe I booked something that was not as advertised, but the inside was absolutely gorgeous, better than the pictures and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private beach and pier made for spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the only item to note was that the unit is upstairs and you need to hand carry your luggage to the top floor, so something to be aware of.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful resort and everyone very friendly onsite. Great location and close to lots to do. Cannot wait to book again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two children. The Keys Escape was clean and very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings as the view was incredible. The heated pool was awesome, and just a few steps away. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful ocean-front condo!! It is equipped with everything needed to spend a week or many weeks. The view is incredible, the beach is very nice and walkable. It is quiet, relaxing and the pool is at least 85 in January!! Enjoyed our week very much and hope to come back for a few weeks next time!!

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this house with my husband and 4 small kids. The house was spacious and clean, with lots of natural light at soon as the sun came up. The pool was so warm and had a large shallow area that was perfect for our 3 year old. Naomi was a wonderful communicator. It was so sad to have to leave.. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed the open space this rental had to offer. Very clean. Great views. Quiet location. Beds were very comfortable. The binder with all of the rentals information and suggested restaurants and things to do was very helpful!

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay. We fished off the dock area, enjoyed time at the cabana, walked every morning enjoying the views and participated in the sunset community almost every night at the park! Great vacation for our multigenerational needs!

Doraida was very responsive from initially booking throughout the duration our stay. All of the communication was clear, the instructions were easy to understand, check-in was easy, and the accommodations were very modern with all needed amenities found on site.

The house was great, and the backyard amazing! Dolphins right next door, lots of shore birds, and fishing right from the dock. Hot tub under the stars, kayaking in the morning. Really great place to spend part of our spring break

Great Choice in Key Colony!! We were two couples and everyone enjoyed the stay - place was immaculate, eating outside looking at the canal, watching the birds/pelicans. We did have a manatee visit one day as well. Easy drive over to Sombrero beach and many very nice restaurants around. Having access to the Cabana club and the pool was an added benefit/interest. The place does have two bathrooms which I wasn't sure of when renting. Jorge was very nice.

The house was clean and comfortable, you can tell everything is well taken care of. The placement of furniture and decor was very thoughtful. You also can’t beat the location and the views. When it comes to the host Leila, they went above and beyond to make our stay magnificent. When we arrived we were given many recommendations on restaurants, and activities to enjoy in the area. Leila checked in many times to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We brought our boat down for the trip which ended up breaking on the drive down and Leila took the time to send multiple boat rental recommendations and other things we could do for fun in the area. Leila made sure the experience was unforgettable, and the trip was worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

Nice and clean place. Gated community, felt safe. Great view of the ocean. Sandra was a great host. Very responsive and had lots of good suggestions of fun stuff to do in the area.

Patricia’s place was lovely for my family of 5. Our snorkeling trip in Key Largo was cancelled due to high winds (sadly). Fortunately, my kids were still able to snorkel in the salt water lagoon and we all enjoyed the pool. We also all loved walking out in the jetty.

Expect a nice, relaxing time. Beautiful scenery and lots to do in Marathon Key.

We stayed for a week long spring break vacation with our 8 year old daughter. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the positive reviews, and this condo is an absolute gem. It’s not only the perfect location in the resort complex itself…so close to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach, it’s also close to both Key Largo and Islamorada restaurants and attractions. We truly had the most amazing experience…the pool is lovely any time of day, it was never overcrowded or noisy, we loved having a full kitchen for cooking meals and having snacks, the ocean view was beautiful, and the in condo laundry was so very convenient. We also loved exploring the other islands, and felt so lucky that we were perfectly located for day trips and convenience to the Miami airport as well. We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to staying here again, or at another of John’s properties!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Michelle was great! Very responsive and understanding when we had to make a last minute trip change. Unit was clean, bright and had a nice view. It’s a nice location between Key Largo and Islamorada making it convenient to explore both. We didn’t use any of the resort’s amenities, but there was an influx of seaweed at the small beach. Just one downside of this time of years in the Keys. But the pool looked great!

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful getaway in the Keys! It was very clean, even up to my picky healthcare expectations! Had everything we needed! A few more towels would have been great but we made it work. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. It was great to know what amenities and products were included and how much up front. The recommendation book was awesome! Beds were comfortable, all tvs worked well. Nice to have cable included too! The pool was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. Very clean facility outdoors as well. The beach area was probably the only disappointment, and out of their control. Just wasn’t as sandy etc. as we thought from pictures. Still very nice. It was also so nice to have a door code and not worry about a key. The neighborhood was welcoming too and safe to go for a morning run. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your Keys vacation, family or couple! Our family of 6 fit :). Thanks for a great home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved spending time at the pool and on the pickleball courts. Definitely a great place for families!
