Third time staying here. Great space in the winter. So much wildlife. Will be staying again.

What a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were 8 women celebrating a birthday. While it rained the entire visit, it was the perfect place to be snuggled in together. Some managed a walk among the redwoods in the neighborhood, others rested on the spacious couch, and others made art at the dining table and chatted with the folks cooking in the kitchen. The two bathrooms worked for sharing among us at unplanned and staggered times. The kitchen was largely well-appointed and a pleasure to cook in (no crockpot, salad tongs, batter spatula, pie server); cupboards and drawers were well-labeled and a selection of coffee, tea, spices were available (no olive or cooking oil when we were there). We didn't use the back deck but it looks like great fun for a sunny weekend to BBQ, play darts, and hang out. Beds were reportedly firm but not uncomfortably so. Water pressure was great (at least in shower in primary bathroom). Plenty of games and warm touches. We'll be back.

Overall, this was one of the best Air B&Bs I've stayed in across the states. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like all the way down to the furniture. The neighbors were friendly and personable. Our host, Ms. Sheri was very responsive to any questions we had and left no stone unturned when it came down to details on how to enter the home, enjoy the home, and leave the home. Everything was clear and precise. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water sports as well as all the amenities the home has to offer. Thank you again. 10/10 most definitely would return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The River House. The house is beautifully architected, the property is serene, and we had fun with the games and kayaks on site. Nancy is a gracious and helpful host.

My family and I stayed at Kim’s place for several nights, and it rained almost every day, but the airbnb was so clean, organized, and comfortable that we fully enjoyed staying in each night, playing games and cooking food. It feels very spacious in the main shared living room/kitchen area, so everyone can spread out. We also brought 2 family dogs, who felt right at home too. The location of this Airbnb is great too because it’s only about a 30-minute drive to both the Bodega Bay Area on the coast and the Santa Rosa wine country area. Highly recommend this airbnb, and would come back again!

Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

The house was pet friendly which eases so much stress when getting away. The bathrooms were clean and toilets were heated. The heater worked very well. There was something to do at all times; a pool table, ping pong table, connect 4, other games, fishing poles, kayaks, a yoga room, an upstairs entertainment center, and the host is signed into all entertainment accounts so you don’t have to figure out any old passwords. Keep in mind that this space is pet friendly and it is noticeable that pets are allowed, and that this place is used as such. As a pet owner and lover that was not a problem to me. The back is not completely fenced in so we kept ours on a leash anytime we were outside.

Great house on the river. All of the provided amenities add to the experience and value. Wasn’t able to enjoy the kayaks, but that was thanks to Mother Nature and not the host. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

Miguel is a great host and have a beautiful Lake house. It is very clean and organized property and everything is very well maintained. Kitchen in well equipped. I would highly recommend her house for great Airbnb booking for future bookings. Thanks Again for having us Miguel !

This is a magical place woven through redwoods. I stayed there during a process of healing and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is well equipped and wonderfully decorated.

The home has good accessibility and was easy to find. Lynette is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time here. It is very rural, quiet and peaceful. Laytonville is a small town so the grocery store is very basic. It is only about 10 minutes away and open until 11. We were traveling with small children and arrived later in the day. The kids were hot and hungry and we had not had a chance to get food. The woman handling check in had a plate of fruit and was incredibly gracious to share to help keep them going until we could run in and grab groceries. She also called ahead to confirm how late they would be open. (4th of July) The walk to the private lake is not difficult and there are multiple kayaks you can use. In addition, it was during an incredible heatwave and there were regular check-ins to make sure all was well and everyone had water. There is no air conditioning but there are many fans that helped it cool off at night. Any issues or concerns were dealt with timely and appropriately. The service was truly above and beyond.

Beautiful property with privacy and pleasing aesthetic. We ended up extending our stay.

We had a great stay at the Waterfall house. The location can't be beaten; it's secluded, the views are great and it is within walking distance from all of the Jenner hot spots :) Baked goods and drinks from Cafe Aquatica were the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had a great time kayaking on the river with the seals! The kitchen was stocked well enough for all of our needs as a group of 5, and the porch and deck spaces were great for hanging out. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but it was good enough for our needs. The other beds were all very comfortable and we slept well! The hosts at the Jenner Inn were super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this riverfront cottage. Beautifully remodeled space in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed morning and evenings in the hot tub, biked the neighborhood and walked to a nearby boutique hotel for riverside beverages. Short drive to the ocean or redwood forest and local restaurants. We LOVED our stay. Thank you for sharing your home Beer Family. We hope to be back to take advantage of river activities during the warmer months!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home in Guerneville! We loved how tailored to kids and families the home was while still being uncluttered and lovely. There were swings for the kids and toys and books inside, not to mention the tent in the bedroom which was a big hit, and a special s'mores treat. We hope to visit again in the summer when we can access the river and play in the water. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

This was exactly as it looked and we got what we were hoping for. Thora is extremely kind and responsive and made us feel at ease. You feel the warmth in the home and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a cozy space where you can wake up, walk down a few flights of stairs and be in the water, this is it. It is clean, cozy and wonderful. They have one kayak, which we used and appreciated (bring a second kayak so you can cruise around together - or some inner tubes). The only challenge is parking. There is one parking spot and our Tahoe was sticking out into the road a bit (we almost drove off the cliff trying to make it work). We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful romantic weekend away. The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and the view of the lake is gorgeous. Very well-appointed and had everything we needed. Paulette was very responsive. We would definitely come back again.

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

We had a great and relaxing stay at the cottage. The staff at Rio Nido Lodge were attentive and helpful. Live music and events on the weekend and the grounds were just absolutely gorgeous. The location is very close to Armstrong Woods. The hot tub was warm upon arrival and we used it every night along with the fire pit. There are very friendly cats on the property that visited us and enjoyed the fire pit too. We had one almost slip through the front door on the last day we were there so just be alert to not leave entrances open unattended if you are sensitive or have dogs that are not cat friendly. They are very sweet and easy to pick up and shoo if needed. I even enjoyed one on my lap while I had my morning coffee. Our pup enjoyed lounging in the private courtyard when the sun came out. It was so enjoyable for us all.

We loved our stay at Otter House! The space was super comfortable and cozy. LOVED the hot tub surrounded by beautiful giant redwoods...especially the big fella' that hugged the wrap around porch. Cozy neighborhood, and in the summertime large back patio, and nearby river would have been lovely but we enjoyed it just the same. Tom was super flexible and accommodating. Close drive to Jenner and Bodega, as well as Guerneville restaurants and nearby wineries. We hope to come back again soon!

Rod's place was perfect for our weekend-getaway. Lots of grocery and convenient stores nearby, cute decor, and great amenities - TV, recliner couch, dishwasher, lots of pans and pots, plates, glasses, nice heater, etc. Just make sure to put in the address manually because when we clicked "Get directions" directly from the Airbnb app it took us a couple of miles North further than the place.
