Was a perfect spot for my wife and our baby and myself! Amazing location - can’t wait to visit the town again during peak season. Loved the coffee shop right underneath us, and the faint smell of coffee when they opened up :)

I rented this for my husband while he worked on the road - he said Tanya was very nice & very responsive with any questions. My husband enjoyed his stay here while away from home and this will definitely be another place we rent for him if need be in the future ..thank you Tanya for being good to my husband ♥️

The Sparrows Nest was such a calming and cozy place with such unique and detail oriented decor which made it feel like a home. The apartment was right near such a friendly restaurant in downtown Monona. We explored nearby towns in Postville, McGregor and Prairie du Chien which made the trip an adventure too. Tanya was such a gracious and thoughtful host who left homemade delicious chocolate bars as a welcoming gift. The Sparrows Nest is the place to stay in Monona!

Dawn went above any beyond to make my stay comfortable. We were in town for a celebration of life service and she was very caring and helpful. The unit is charming, comfortable and stocked with anything you might need!

We hit a deer on the way to the Airbnb which delayed our arrival by over 2 hours. After all airbags deployed we were very sore and tired. You never know the quality that a bed will be but Nick’s place had a very comfortable bed. It was a nice end to a pretty bad night! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great overnight stay at Brittney's place. Brittany was willing to accommodate one of our requests and was very responsive throughout the communication process. The location and amenities were exactly as advertised. The setting was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the variety of animals on site (goats, cats, donkey?). We would not hesitate to stay again! Another fabulous stay in this CLEAN, well furnished home. Grand girls said it feels like coming into their grandparent's home. They love the reclining sofas, pop up coffee table and, especially, the waffle iron. Looks like one dinner will be waffles during every stay. Bed is comfy. Home (not a house thanks to lovely, homey decoration and literally anything you need even for an extended stay) is quiet and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to all downtown amenities including a good grocery and the coop. We don’t know what we’ll do if this home is ever “off market” as it is the best AirBnB in Decorah. We can’t wait to come back in the Spring!

Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Clean and tidy and comfortable! there was information in local restaurants. a full sized fridge ready for action, and coffee readily available. note: the half bath is downstairs, which I think is important to note if people have to consider stairs. I was not expecting the king size bed to be as high up off the ground as it was. I am not a short person, and was able to get into the bed. someone who is more height challenged might need a stool. upon our arrival we did report smoke alarms that were beeping. It did take a little longer than expected for those to be corrected and we were promptly informed when it is (we were away at the time...which was fine).

Beautiful New York loft feel in lil town Iowa! More than spacious. Beautiful decor, everything we needed. Bonus, the TV was super easy to work. I stay at a lot of rentals and sometimes the TV isn't worth the work to figure it out. Lol great food next door at Bambinos as well and Decorah is just a short pretty drive away! Hosts were super cool. Great stay!

Comfy beds, spacious interior, cute Norwegian decor and very clean. The host also included homemade baked goods and local coffee/honey! Location was perfect. We will be back.

We had an exceptional stay at Erin’s house, it was incredibly clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, and fantastic location. We were within an easy and enjoyable bike ride from downtown and even closer to one of the several biking and hiking trails. Our stay in Erin’s house was very comfy and we would highly recommend her house to future travelers!

Absolutely awesome space with anything you would need. The host was also communicative and flexible.

We really enjoyed Barb's place! A small group of us went to the area for Luther College homecoming this year, and Barb made us feel right at home. The place was spacious, beautiful, restful, and in a great location. Barb was an excellent host, very flexible, always responsive, and a joy to work with. Would really like to stay here again sometime! Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Decorah. Place was clean, wonderful and perfect for our family! The game garage was an added plus!

Very clean and well stocked! Location was beautiful while still being accessible to downtown. So much space. Sean was very friendly and helpful!

We were in town for my son graduation at Luther. Rather than pay the over price hotels in the area, we choose Tami place & it was well worth what we spent. Host family was incredibly welcoming. Made our family feel like we were home. We would for sure choose this home again! We thank them for making this a memorable time.
