Enjoyed our stay very much. House was very cool and comfortable. Beautiful setting with overlook of the river Unfortunately, due to the weather, didn't get much chance to use the trails near the house - but were @ 25 min from hikes at Pilot Mountain. Communication was terrific - and the extra info about finding house came in very helpful. Enjoyed stay and would book again if traveling to the area.

Lovely cabin home, matching decor, fully stocked, comfy mattresses, and great amenities. Felt private but was close to extracurricular activities we had planned (spa, winery, steakhouse). Enjoyed the hot tub and wanted to have smores at the firepit (compliments of the host!) but the windy weather made a fire unsafe. Maybe next time!

Jonathan is a great host! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — he even left some duck eggs in the fridge for us. The house is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend!

From the welcoming lanterns on the porch, to the blankets already situated in all the cozy chairs and rockers, to the robes ready for the hot tub, everything was ready to start relaxing from the moment of arriving. The wine, cold drinks, a variety of snacks, and candy dishes were the most abundant I’ve seen in all of my Airbnb experiences. There were friendly family dogs for canine company (as desired!). We could have stayed a week in order to fully enjoy all of the offerings. We really hope to get back - it really was perfect!

This place was an absolute gem! It was very clean, beautiful, well kept, very peaceful, super comfortable bed and couch and chairs. My husband and I loved staying here. We loved sitting outside listening to the river, fishing, the inside fireplace, and seeing such gorgeous views from the deck. The hot tub and the trails by the river was an added bonus, we didn't need anything Williams humble abode had it all! We will definitely be telling our family and friends about this rare treasure. Host was super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond with any questions I had. We loved our stay here! Perfect relaxing oasis we both needed.

Beautiful, quiet location that looked exactly like the photos. The driveway is best navigated with an SUV due to gravel and divots, but once you’re in, the setting is unbeatable! The home was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed to feel cozy and inviting. The kitchen was well-stocked with quality plates and silverware—no need to resort to plastic here. Plus, having individual temperature controls in each room made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The only thing wrong with my stay is that I worked long hours and didn't have more time to relax and enjoy it. So peaceful and quiet, had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Rustic cabin in the woods with a beautiful view. Was familiar with the Tanglewood area already. Had a great walk around the park and enjoyed a birthday party at one of the picnic shelters. Interior clean, towels fluffy (could have used a few extra, since we stayed several days.) And, water pressure was excellent. The only negative would be WiFi. We couldn’t get it to work. So, make sure to have plenty of Data. Other than that, we give it an A+ and would definitely stay again .

Andy’s cabin is very clean, comfortable, and relatively secluded but convenient to the interstate and downtown Winston-Salem. I have stayed here a few times, and Andy is a responsive host who respects his guests’ privacy.

The cabin was perfect for our stay in the Yadkin Valley while visiting family for Christmas! She had everything you would need and made such great use of a smaller space. She even had a Christmas tree and lights up in the cabin, which made it feel so cozy and like home!! During our stay, it was COLD outside, but the fireplace in the bedroom, and the heater in the living room did a great job of keeping the cabin warm! She even provided an extra space heater, which was nice to set up in the bathroom, so it was nice and toasty when you got of the shower! I hope to stay again!!

Elizabeth was a great host! She left the lights on when I told her we would be arriving late and she was very understanding when our dog escaped from the fenced in area by crawling under the deck. The cottage is absolutely charming with Scottish decor. She also provided a ton of little extras like tea, snacks, lotion, etc. I would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Great house! Wonderful host to work with, very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space for our big group, nice beds and bathrooms, open onsite parking, such a neat backyard, great location, highly recommend!

This wonderful house sits well off the road in a beautiful wooded area of the City. Even though there are houses in the area we never saw or heard any neighbors making it the perfect place for long time friends to gather and catch up for a weekend of golf and good times. Our favorite part of the house was the huge covered outdoor space which is attached directly to the house. We spent pretty much every afternoon and evening out there - enjoying the company and the woods. Susan was so accommodating and did a fantastic job of communicating with us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special place to get together with family and friends.

Good stay though we weren’t in the room too much. Clean hotel style room with great front porch. Loved all the wood walls and accents, felt like a cabin. Equipped with everything we needed except tv was out of service.

This place is beautiful and so close to the mountain. Vicky was kind and helpful when we arrived way later than expected. Definitely recommend staying here!

This sweet cabin offered a great stay for our last min family get-a-way:) The host was very responsive and helped us for a smooth check in. There are also lots of shops right outside the park if you need “camping” supplies you may have forgotten to pack. Would def recommend

I’m really thankful for Scott accepting our last minute request when our previous lodgings fell through. The space was clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay.

This place is a bit of a juxtaposition because it’s a quaint, classic, cabin but in the downtown. It’s peaceful but near everything. Yes the fire dept and traffic can be a bit noisy, the stars are a spiral doozy but still a 5 star stay if you need a get away in a well decorated and arranged cabin. It’s the best of both worlds. Read the description and reviews it’s exactly as put so come prepared for the small things like the stairs. Use the noise machine at night and enjoy this 5 star cabin. Matthew did a great job. Furniture and bed are comfortable, everything was ready. Check in was easy. Awesome place!

We loved the Black Bear Cabin. I was surprised to find it in a residential area. It was tucked away on a culdesac and was so private and quiet. I loved the rustic decor. My twin 9-yr-old granddaughters loved the loft and arcade. My daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the pool table. When I crawled into bed that first night, after 7 hrs of riding, the sheets were so soft and fragrant. I felt so pampered. II enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea every day. Shops, restaurants and a movie theater were close and convenient. We enjoyed it all. Thank you, Kay!

This place is a gem! My husband and I were in town for one night for a show, and Daniel’s place was perfect for our trip. It’s about 15 mins from downtown. We were even greeted by the welcoming committee, the most precious calico cat! We loved how simplistic and serene the cabin was. We felt safe and relaxed and will be staying again next time we’re in town!

The Cabin On Main was a cute little place with old world feel that fit our trip to old Salem, was close to everything, and had all the amenities that we needed without breaking the bank.
