He was wonderful! I spend the weekend before my wedding and needed a place that was relaxing and cozy and this was exactly it !!! He received us with flowers as congratulations he made sure everything was perfect ! Everyone that stayed loved the air bnb. This will for sure be my go to place when I come back for vacations 🖤 If you are thinking about it do it the price is so worth it

Quiet, well-priced house right on the lake - met our needs perfectly for this trip. Very happy with the host and the property, would definitely stay again!

Our family loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and felt very comfortable, well stocked with anything needed. The property is stunning! The lake and views are beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking! Best bird watching of my life! The screened in porch and pool area were perfect and enjoyable keeping bugs at bay. Although the pool isn't huge, the kids enjoyed it very much. We loved the ability to rent the boat and tour the lakes, and even take it to dinner one night! The property manager was responsive to our requests/questions and very friendly. The only two negatives would be that the house is located on a main road, so there is road noise and can see traffic from the back of the house. And one of the 4 days we were on site, the grounds crew was there from 8-3. I understand maintaining this property is a big undertaking, just wish it could be on a turn over day, so it doesn't take a full day with loud blowers and machines during our stay. Otherwise it was very enjoyable!

Shane was super helpful, responsive and communicated well. The house really met the needs of our project. Shane was a fantastic host.

La comodidad es una de mis prioridades al escoger un lugar y está casa de Emma las tiene toda desde la piscina que de solo verla te relaja hasta la vista al lago o una simple vueltita por el lugar en el carrito de Gulf que incluye la casa !!! Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

We have fished out of Cutty Shack multiple times. I would discourage mid October bookings because it might affect our trip next year. :) Thanks, Kristen, see y’all next year. Another great trip to the Kissimmee Chain.

With just a slight mix up when we arrived. Joseph was right there after a quick text. The house was nice and very close to universal! We loved Keke’s which was close by for breakfast! Cute little pond in the back and lake in the front!

Great upgraded apt with balcony! It’s easy to get anywhere from this location. The pool was nice and peaceful. My only concern was the thermostat being locked so it wouldn’t go lower than 70. I sleep hot and there wasn’t even a fan to use to cool down. But other than that, it was a great stay!

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a aos parques, atrações e outlets. Vilarim apresentou muita atenção e prestatividade, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos fortemente este apartamento para quem busca conforto e praticidade em Orlando e arredores.

This was an amazing place. It was very clean and felt like home. The view of the lake was amazing and everything was convenient.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

A great place to stay during your vacation in Orlando! The home is spotless, with clean, clutter-free furniture and cozy hangout spots within a peaceful resort. Just a shuttle call away to visit any of these great locations within the resort. Fonti is also a fantastic host, we’d definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay! Peaceful lake view off of balcony and walk out the front door to see Disney and Universal fireworks at 9 PM. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool is great and staff were wonderful at Tiki Bar. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic host and property!

Perfect for our family! Beds can support 2 parents and up to 4 kids w/the trundle bunk bed and fold-out crib! The games and activities delighted us! As far as the kitchen, I was able to make some great food w/ plenty of tools available. The beds were clean and comfy. There is a train in the area that woke me a few times, but it's not crazy loud and only affects the 1st bedroom. Use the shed outback for a few beach chairs and some coolers, if beach lounging. Beach Towels were also a great asset, as we had forgotten one of ours. Backyard is great for getting some private sun and catching lizards, a rare treat for our kiddo! The 1.5 bathrooms are nice, but definitely take stock of TP and Paper towels, as they don't keep a lot. Luckily, Walgreens is down the street. As far the neighboorhood claims, I grew up in an area that went from best to worst at home and this listing didn't set off any alarm bells for me. Check out Andy's Diner & enjoy LEGOLand! My stay was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and everything I hoped for. The private lake was incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding and taking in nature. The cottage itself was amazing—well-kept, charming, and had such a welcoming, at-home feel. It was the perfect escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s place. The scenery is breathtaking, and the house is very cozy. Diana was a thoughtful and helpful host throughout our stay. We would definitely stay with her again!

Alisha was very responsive with all of our needs, she was very professional and friendly.

My husband and I had just finished hosting 12 family members at another ABB and wanted a weekend to detox before heading back north. This place is adorable and had everything we needed! Ultra clean and an incredibly friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the walkable, safe streets. We now prefer ABB's over hotels, and this host did not disappoint. She has thought of everything, and I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the little items that you forget you may need. We even discussed how this would be a great neighborhood to buy into for the winter months. Also, not too far to watch the Tigers play in Spring training! Thank you, Corrie!

Isabel’s Historical Cottage was a great stay for us. She left all sort of welcoming niceties around and made us feel right at home.

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim
