This is the most amazing host I've ever met, the host is extremely friendly and approachable and is very easy to strike a conversation. The family is very helpful and will not disturb you if you need your own personal space. The surrounding is also very beautiful full of nature and is close to the train station. The entire stay felt like staying with your own family, can highly recommend the place!

It’s a nice old house, it feels like living in a cabin

Our stay at Shona’s place was absolutely wonderful!! She was so welcoming, responsive, and lovely to chat with during our stay! Both Shona and Rolf gave great recommendations and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and at home. The space we stayed in was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable! We had the best time, and never wanted to leave!!

The host and his family are wonderful people. They are sociable and friendly. They respect personal boundaries and are ready to help. Particularly, they took an active part in my search for student housing. Everything is clean and comfortable in the house. The room is equipped with a fridge, the door may be locked with a key. Two bus stops are no more than 5 minutes away from the property. The connection with Effretikon train station is pretty good. You can also reach Kempttal train station within 15-20 minutes by foot. The nature around is as beautiful as it generally is in Switzerland.

I had an amazing stay at Alex's home! The charming old Swiss-style house was quiet (valuable after busy noisy daytime in Zurich City), close to the tram station to either Bülach or Winterthur, and near a beautiful river that makes soothiing sound when the window is opened. Alex was incredibly positive, sharing wonderful evening stories about Swiss culture with a charming voice. It felt like living my best life away from home—I highly recommend it!

Florian ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich richtig zuhause. Das Zimmer war sauber. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Was für wundervolle 5 Tage im Haus von Werner und Halima! Das Haus liegt traumhaft in einem alten Dorf in schöner Natur, und doch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Dar Bus fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab. Wir hatten ein großes, gemütliches Zimmer unter dem Dach. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist liebevoll, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Werner und Halima sind super super freundlich , hilfsbereit, aufmerksam, offen, achtsam und rücksichtsvoll.Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist warm und herzlich, und wir fühlten uns von Beginn an willkommen. Werner holte uns mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof ab und brachte uns am Schluss wieder hin. Beim Erwerb von Bustickets für die Tage hat er uns sehr geholfen. Dank seiner ausführlichen Tipps haben wir schöne Wanderungen unternommen. Und Halima hat beim Kekse- Backen liebevoll die Hausgäste mitbedacht. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Haus von Werner und Halima von ganzem Herzen jedem empfehlen. Es sind Menschen, die sehr berühren. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit

I thoroughly enjoyed staying with Johnson and the rest of his family. He was a kind and responsive host. His house was clean and well-stocked with great amenities, including a great kitchen and bathroom. My room was clean and comfortable, with a TV , fridge, and clean linens. Grafstal was beautiful, and the house was a short walk to where I worked in Lindau. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

La maison est bien située, surtout si on l’intention de visiter la ville de Constance. Nous avons pu profiter de visiter les chutes du Rhin qui est moins de 30 minutes en voiture. Le highlight c’est que le parc de Conny Land est à peine à 5 minutes de la maison.

Location ! Location! Location ! Right near the lake/ river…. With an amazing promenade. Modern beautiful penthouse with all amenities as mentioned. Lot of groceries, restaurants etc nearby. We didn’t get to meet the host as we were greeted by someone on their behalf who was cheerful & nice …. Though short on English. But we managed fine :) We recommend this place highly Cheers !

Everything was great, just how it was pictured. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything as shown. Functional, practical, economical. Alex reimbursed some cost towards laundry as dryer was not working. Place is smaller than appears in photos. 5 mins walkable to Triemli - an important public transport node in Zurich. Grocery store 2 mins walk. Heating needs to improve, a few heaters in room will help. We requested for a heater and it was arranged promptly. Full length mirror was missing - we requested and 1 was arranged. 1 more required in other bedroom. Some small pots / pans in kitchen will help Alex save energy cost.

I loved staying in Marina’s place, I have never before seen such a clean Airbnb! Marina has responded to my questions immediately. I loved the area, plenty of groceries stores and restaurants, easy access to city center and airport. If I were to travel again to Zürich I would stay at Marinas place again.

Wer eine helle, einladend eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Seeblick sucht, der ist bei Benjamin genau richtig. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Bei kaltem Winterwetter richteten wir uns am Cheminéefeuer gemütlich ein und genossen die Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Dorf bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Blumenhaus-Kaffee, Restaurants, wo man fein essen kann und natürlich viele Spazierwege mit Seeblick. Wir verweilten nur einige Tage in Ermatingen und es hätte bestimmt noch vieles mehr zu entdeckten gegeben. Das was wir jedoch erleben und kennen lernen durften, hatte uns sehr gefallen - allemal eine Reise wert. Franziska

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ramon’s home. He and his wife were super kind and provided some wonderful suggestions on what to do while in Zurich. Their cat Yumie, welcomed us shortly after we were settled in. They had coffee available and their home had an amazing view. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

We enjoyed meeting Christina’s menagerie. Her house is very welcoming and homey. Anything you might need is in the house, kitchen, bathroom. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go quite easily, including to the airport. Christina was a wonderful and helpful hostess.

We stayed with a toddler and a kid, and we were surprised and fascinated by the green amazing garden with cherries, apples, berries and cute turtles. My kids were occupied all the evening long ☺️ Christina showed us everything, and we enjoyed a living room and a kitchen with everything needed. Thank you a lot! The shop is 3 minutes by walk, and the house close to the airport (1 station by train) and not far from the bus station I enjoyed so much spending time with Christina, like I was staying with my friend. We will surely stay again when visit!
