We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot. The surroundings were gorgeous and the home was perfectly furnished! Everything you would need was available. We also enjoyed being able to utilize the large yard to relax with a cup of tea and/or kick the football. We were also grateful for the local recommendations list...very helpful! I've stayed at two of Barbara's properties on the Wirral now, and they are always immaculately presented. They are a stones throw from the stunning village of Port Sunlight which is well worth a visit. Both properties are perfectly located near two railway stations with links to Liverpool city centre, greater Merseyside, Chester & North Wales.

The property and host interactions exceeded even the high expectations set from the listing. Lovely welcome box awaited and the house plus surroundings were perfect. Very comfortable and clean throughout. Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend. Thank you Joanne.

Carl was a great host and welcomed us on arrival to his home. My friend and I had a lovely time and felt very comfortable in Carl’s place. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you, Carl, for accommodating an early check in for us so we could spend more time together on our “reunion weekend”.

A beautiful peaceful bolt hole. It really was a beautiful place and the little extra touches; tulips on the table, flower in towels, primulas, logs etc were wonderful as was the provison of all the essentials - food and cooking bits! loved the hot tub.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Liverpool! The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city. The house was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Our host was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Liverpool!

Really lovely stay, house was immaculate, lovely scenery and plenty of space outside for the kids to run about. Hottub was a great size and was a nice extra. Area was peaceful. Only thing I would say is the road to the house is quite bumpy and there are potholes, so just be careful driving down. But apart from that, it was perfect.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

We went to see Antony Gormley’s Another Place Lynne’s place is less than 5 minutes from the beach where the statues are. Perfect location for us and we were blessed with great weather

Great two nights stay, while visiting family member in Chester Uni (only 20 min from Chester). Comfortable and fully equipped. My old two dogs enjoyed fully fenced garden. Welcome goodies -wine, pastry, milk and dog biscuits- much appreciated!! Picturesque village with lots of walks and lovely atmosphere- Holt castle within walking distance. Nice host, clear instructions, easy to find. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river. Great communication from Gary the owner would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay Gary x

We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and new years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The place is spacious, bright and cosy, and it has everything you’d need. Our host, Ed, was very helpful and responsive. If you’re visiting Liverpool, the location couldn’t be better. There is a metro/train station just around the corner where it’s just one stop into the centre of Liverpool. Also, it’s near to the ferry, and even buses. We were so happy to have this as our base for our visit. I would absolutely stay here again, if possible.
