The stay was great we really had a good time. This was great for our toddler and he loved the pools and free activities.

S&T’s spot was perfect for what my family needed. Comfortable, close enough to the dells in the winter and great atmosphere at the resort itself. Would recommend for family time

This place was absolutely breathtaking and just what my wife and I were looking for. The peaceful surroundings made our quiet getaway one to remember. The hot tub was in perfect condition and always stayed warm. This was the perfect way to unwind. We were also stunned with the amazing nature views. From a snowy wonderland to the clear skies and countless stars, we were so happy with this place. We cuddled up near the fireplace which kept us warm the whole weekend. There was plenty of space for the two of us to feel comfortable and right at home. Cooper’s communication was great and quickly answered the couple of questions we had. We highly recommend this place and plan to be back some day.

"We just spent the most incredible weekend at this fantastic John Wayne-themed house! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were transported to the Wild West. The decor was top-notch, with authentic cowboy gear, vintage posters, and even a life-size cutout of the Duke himself! The house was spotless, spacious, and had every amenity we needed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the backyard was perfect for sippin' whiskey and watchin' the sunset. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We can't recommend this place enough - it's a must-stay for any John Wayne fan or anyone lookin' for a unique and memorable experience. We'll be back, pardner!"

Amazing host, the cabins were incredible and the surrounding trees and lighting was beautiful. The whole experience felt magical.

Christmas Mountain Resort is a nice place to stay. Been there several times before.

So much to offer! The cabin was perfect for our family of 6. Christmas Mountain offered many amenities that were unexpected. Pools, hot tubs, basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, Cornhole, Shuffleboard, mini-golf, frisbee golf, two golf courses, fishing, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats! The location was great because we didn't have the in town Dells and it was quiet out in the mountains:) Patricia was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I highly recommend this rental! We can't wait to go back!

The place was very cozy and hot tub was awesome! The kitchen was fully-stocked and there were plenty of towels on hand.

Joni’s place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed hiking several state parks and having a comfortable place to return to. Loved the fire pit and ping pong. Had one issue and Joni was quick to respond and have it taken care of.

The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and it was very clean! The views were stunning. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Lots of games, books and nice TV’s if you just wanted to stay indoors. Easy access to the lake from the cottage.

Our stay was a perfect getaway. The house was spotless. Every amenity was available. The lake was very quiet. The owners are very responsive. Bumper pool is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

Cute and cozy place to stay! 20 minutes from Cascade Mountain. My friends and I loved the small town feel of the area and had absolutely no complaints.

I along with three friends and four dogs enjoyed a relaxing late spring weekend at this spacious, relaxing and thoughtfully appointed cabin. I plan to stay again next spring and recommend families or friend groups to book and enjoy all the property has to offer.

This was our second stay here. We love the location, the peace and quiet. Cute, comfortable cottage with whatever you need for your stay.

I booked this stay because my family has a cabin down the road from here and there is never enough space, especially Labor Day weekend. We ended up utilizing the place more than we thought! The cabin was so clean and well put together. The kitchen had everything I needed to do last minute food prep. The backyard set up was really nice and secluded feeling. The view from the living room made it very easy to relax too. It was comforting to know that I could get ahold of the Hosts easily and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to any friends visiting and I would love to book this again in the future!

We had a great time. Caught lots of fish. Used all amenities. Went paddle boarding and kayaking. We floated on the lakes with the floats. Grilled out. Had a bon fire. Enjoyed the large porch and swam in both lakes. Settled down in the evening to enjoy a movie. The kitchen had everything we needed to make suppers and a bar area to enjoy some cocktails. It was close to town and some good restaurants. All in all the weather was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent experience! Amenities you forget you need are there, as if she knew what we didn’t pack. Very friendly and informative host. Very clean, quiet, beautiful cottage. We will be back for sure!

Amazing views! Quiet, Peaceful Waters is named perfectly! So peaceful, clean, everything you need is right there! Close enough to places to see and do! Our first visit to Wisconsin was perfect due to Peaceful Waters!

This cottage was the perfect getaway! My boyfriend and I stayed here on a trip to ski at Devils Head. It was just what we were looking for, nice and cozy!! No complaints and would highly recommend to anyone. Also appreciated the binder inside with hiking/other recommendations. Would love to come back!

What a treasure this quaint family cottage on the hill was! The views and vibe were exactly what we needed to take a deep breath and reset. It was apparent that the family has enjoyed this spot for the over 50 years Lindsay said it had been in their family. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to rent it and make some memories. Our son and pooch LOVED using the paddleboard and cool swim raft from nearly the time we got there to the time we left The water and sand were gorgeous! My husband also caught a really great fish right off the pier. I loved that I could watch all the action from the elevated porch right off the bedroom in a comfy chair with coffee (or wine) in hand. The 44 steps back up from the lake were a good workout too lol. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lindsay and family!

Great place! Comfortable and secluded perfect for a weekend away. The Dells are just minutes away and you’re outside all the noise and activity - perfect balance. Hosts were proactive and thorough with information. House was beautiful and well appointed. Highly recommend.
