John was very friendly and communicative. The process was quick and easy, and I really felt like I got what I paid for! The place was so spacious and really a nice set up. We have six kids, ranging from a 4 month old to a 13 year old and everyone had their own space to really enjoy without feeling cramped! The only problem we ran into was with our baby’s owlet connecting to the internet (most parents with a baby will know what this is). All in all it was a wonderful stay and we will 100% be booking with John again!

great stay only problem was checking in. had to go to a different location 3 miles apart to check in.

Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to get out of the crowds. Very quiet and relaxing.

We (parent and 3 kids ages 16, 14, and 11) love staying here when we visit the Dells. We appreciate the full kitchen so we can save money on a few meals by preparing and eating them in the room rather than eating out for every meal. There is plenty of room for us, and the unit is always clean. We have stayed here 3 times now!

The normal check in is 4:00 pm and I asked if we could get an earlier check in and Westley was very accommodating and let us in at 2:00 pm! Cute two bedroom accommodated us perfectly! We will be back!

Eight adults & one toddler totally enjoyed this AIR BnB. It was scenic, we watched Bald Eagles, fished, hiked & BBQ'd. And we made forever memories. The house is spacious & gorgeous. We were in the upper section & enjoyed our time there. My only concern is there needs to be more lighting, in/outside. I am somewhat visually impaired & found the cooking area & kitchen sink was not enough light for me . The firepit area was not lighted & it was a hazard for me to walk in the immediate area. Lighting is needed in upper shower area, too. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Would probably book again, though. Thank you!

Great condo, lots of space, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, many board games to play, everything as advertised. Very comfortable place to stay, and Beth was excellent - very responsive. Would stay again.

Matthew had a really nice listing for his house. We adored the setting and ambiance. Peaceful and relaxing. When I had questions Matthew answered them quickly. The location is optimal for larger families; it fulfilled all of our requirements for the weekend. We absolutely recommend it and are certain to revisit.

Perfect location! This was just what we needed for a winter getaway.

This is one of the best locations at NorthBay Resort. His second floor place is perhaps 100' from the lake and has a spectacular view of the lake and sunsets over the lake. The patio furniture is comfortable. The unit matches the photos and his claims. It has multiple screens but the one in the main room could be a bit larger, however it is adequate. The garage is stocked with bikes and lake toys. The unit had ample supplies. I would stay there again. Do note if you like to eat out and want something other then fried food or bar food the restaurant choices are few and far between. There is a good grocery store in Adams that is about 15 min to the east.

Felt right at home. Place was spotless. Great views of the lake with access to the private pool. Kids preferred going to the pool over the water park. Beach area was nice and secluded. Definitely will stay there again.

Very nice place. Very clean when you walk in. Smells clean! Loved the pool and hot tub. Jacuzzi in the room was very nice too! Very quiet never heard a peep from anyone

We stayed here to be close to the hospital in Madison. It was the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. I loved watching the people ice fishing on the river too! The pool was always a good temperature and inviting. I feel like we really lucked out!

My son and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo was very comfortable and came with lots of great perks. Our favorite was spending time in the condo community's indoor pool and hot tub. It was peaceful and quiet, quite the opposite of a kalahari stay, with way better vibes and better price. We will definitely come back again for an extended stay! Thank you so much for making this beautiful space availabile for us!

We had a great stay! The place was very homey and comfortable. It was so nice not having to pack all the essentials for our family!

It was a cozy place to stay for a few days away with my kids. We’ll definitely be back when Noah’s Ark is open for the summer as it would be a short walk to this waterpark with little kids. Overall, the place was clean, easy to get to, and had indoor community pool/hot tub for us to use. I can just imagine that it would be even better to stay here during the summer months as you have access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts and water activities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice little getaway for couples or a family of 4.

Great location with amazing views of the lake, sunsets, and stars. The pool, playground, and pickleball courts were wonderful to have so close. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, good selection of baby/kid items, and super comfy beds. Friendly host and condo association staff. Nothing bad to say, we had a wonderful time!
