I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

Achei ótima a recepção, o local, e a limpeza! A única coisa que senti falta foi de ter uma água pelo menos, chegamos de viagem cansados e não tinha uma água para tomarmos. De resto tenho só boas atribuições!

This is an amazing location. Virgile’s apartment is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, well equipped and very stylish. Virgile was always very quick to respond and helpful. The neighbourhood is very vibrant and within easy reach of Metro stations. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well (the person in the single bed benefited from a sleep mask to block out light). The kitchen is well equipped and super clean. The bathrooms were also very well appointed and super clean. We would very definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Virgile for a wonderful stay in your amazing apartment.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and as described in the photos. It gave us a great base from which to explore Paris using the RER C which is only a short 10 minute walk away. The apartment is close to a small convenience store and has a good bakery within walking distance. Our host was helpful and responsive. We managed to get parked behind the apartment in one of spaces in the gravelled parking area. Our vehicle was fine left there for 3 days. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but we did not experience any noise issues as it has good double glazed windows. I would recommend this apartment.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

Logement très propre et excellemment situé. Hote très réactif et de bon conseil. Si nous retournons à Paris, il est évident que nous reprendrons le même appartement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Charles' apartment is well equipped and described accurately. We had an excellent and comfortable stay there.

Pour le besoins d'un déplacement (caen/paris) pour un chantier sur Paris 15ème, nous avons effectuer des recherche de logement et je suis tomber très rapidement sur l'annonce de Yohan. Son logement correspondait parfaitement à mes critères, nombre de couchage (3 lits), équipements et proximité par rapport au chantier. En plus de cela prise de contact facile avant la remise des clés et mon équipe a adorer l'accueil de Ludovic l'un des hôtes, poli, avenant, etc... Expérience à refaire si nous avons à nouveau un déplacement dans les alentour du Logement. Donc Nous recommandons vivement Yohan et Ludovic

I don’t even know where to begin. Simply fantastic! Staying at Jean-Charles was absolute heaven. A real pleasant throwback to how Air bnb used to be in the very beginning. A beautiful comfortable, light filled home with heart and soul. The last time I have felt so at home in an Air b&b dates back to fall of 2017. Jean-Charles is by far the most amazing host I have ever encountered. All listings on Air b&b should be at this standard. There are too many sterile soulless listings on the site. This is a true home, beautifully designed, with real plants, a well equipped kitchen, nice size bathrooms, quality linen, comfortable beds, lots of options for workstations… Luckily, we did get a few sunny days to enjoy the huge backyard. I highly recommend Jean-Charles home. Looking forward to staying there again.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Lilie, l'appartement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. La localisation excellente, proche des commerces et de la gare.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Notre hôte Rafika propose une maison parfaitement adaptée pour un petit groupe ou une grande famille. Les équipements sont ultra complets ,en quantité suffisante et d’excellente qualité . L’ensemble est vaste et pratique et correspond à la description écrite et photographique . Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux par Rafika qui est une hôte réactive et attentive. C’est une adresse qui sort de l’ordinaire par toutes les qualités revendiquées et que nous avons vérifiées ! Un grand bravo, nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux, merci!

Grande maison, 4 chambres, 12 couchages, stationnement facile, à proximité immédiate de Paris, hôte très agréable, je recommande !

Nous avons passé une super semaine de JO en famille chez Philippe. Nous étions 5 avec 3 enfants de 13, 22 et 25 ans et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Philippe est un hôte délicat et très attentionné: il est venu nous accueillir à la station de métro la plus proche, puis nous a présenté sa maison et confié ses clés en toute simplicité et confiance. Une porte imposante s'ouvre sur l'avenue de Flandre, animée et bruyante et par contraste, nous pénétrons dans un havre de tranquillité baigné de soleil. La maison de Philippe est spacieuse, atypique sur plusieurs niveaux, meublée avec beaucoup de goût et chaque pièce révèle de petits trésors posés ou accrochés ici et là. Cette maison a une personnalité, une sensibilité qui nous a touchés. Elle n'est pas parfaite, elle n'est pas impeccable, mais nous ne cherchions pas un hôtel, bien au contraire et nous ressentons le privilège d'y avoir séjourné quelques jours. Par ailleurs, le quartier est très vivant et regorge d'endroits à découvrir. Merci !

Un séjour très agréable dans un loft correspondant précisément à la description publiée. Logement extrêmement bien aménagé , d'une manière très pratique mais également très jolie. Il est très plaisant d'y séjourner. Angélique a été très réactive lorsque nous avons eu à la contacter. Il s'agit là d'un hébergement à conseiller +++ à tout point de vue. Everything about this gorgeous home was lovely! Our family of four stayed for 9 wonderful nights in Françoise’s beautiful home! Ample space, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and a quaint neighborhood made this an absolute 10/10 experience for us ! With this home situated on Line 1, we easily navigated Paris using the Metro and RER every day when visiting key touristic areas. We also found the surrounding stores, restaurants, and shops to have everything we needed to enjoy preparing breakfast or dinner in the flat when we felt like staying in. The monoprix and pharmacie located on the same block were exceptionally convenient - we really loved time spent in the beautiful greenhouse balcony area sharing time as a family together! If this location is open during your travel window, we recommend immediately booking - it was our best Airbnb experience yet! Thank you all so much for your hospitality & kindness Francoise & Sasha!

Wonderful studio that was ideal for travel to and from the main attractions in Paris. There is also a restaurant called So French close by. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly.

De retour Encore là-bas, comme dans les photos elle est toujours disponible, toute es à proximité rien à dire, je vous le conseille 🔥🔥🔥

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

L’appartement est trop beau. Il donne sur un jardin. Le parc de Bagnolet avec une superbe vue sur Paris et la banlieue est juste à côté. Le métro est très proche aussi. Mais on peut également aller à pied à Paris, en tout cas dans le XXème.

Bon logement , fidèle aux photos . Point positif accessible en transport . Arrêt de la gare juste en face du logement . Logement propre et agréable. Parking privé.
