Nadine is the most gracious and accommodating host! The house is very well done and comfortable!

The site is beautiful. Walking trails and next to the cafe which has amazing food! It’s in the middle of Mena and Waldron so expect to drive 25-30 to town. But if you’re looking for an affordable place thats clean and an amazing host then look no further. There are also nearby ATV and jeep trails. Lots of fishing places and recreation sites in the forest/mountains. And the views!!! Absolutely stunning. We went for a wedding and had 8 people with us. It was an amazing stay!

Lovely stay on the Caddo River. The river is gorgeous. The fire pit was a nice touch too! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Great place for families to stay!

Amber is a quick to communicate and to correct any issues that may arise. The house is down a long gravel private road (not part of the houses’ property) and near a stream. Makes it nice and peaceful. There are quite a few stairs to get up to the house so it may be harder for older individuals but the house is made for entertaining and was great for our family reunion. The kitchen is great for a large group with the double sink, oven and two coffee makers. There were also two laundry rooms. The house is made up of 3 levels, the 2nd level having the 4 bedrooms with the media room in the center which was nice. The game room had enough options to keep everyone entertained but the garage door is kept locked so it’s can’t be rolled up for an indoor/outdoor experience. Make sure to bring your own restroom amenities. Overall our family loved the house and it met every aspect we were looking for!

Kathy’s cabin was a nice get away for my husband and I. The cabin was very clean, nicely decorated, easy to find and comfy. My favorite part was sitting outside on the patio, ( the most comfortable outdoor furniture) and using the hot tub. The hot tub is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen at a AIRBNB. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. I’d recommend and go back.

Was our 4th stay at this property. Great location for us to celebrate holidays with extended family.

Karyn's place was stunning! The cabin was beautiful and so, so clean. We were close to crystal mining locations, local restaurants were nearby and great and the views from the cabin were top notch. We would definitely stay again.
