We had a lovely stay! Felt right at home the moment we arrived. The huge pool table was a great addition- we enjoyed quality family time playing a couple of games. The large freestanding bath was also a huge plus! Easy stroll to cafes and restaurants. Super short hop skip and jump to a beautiful beach lined with cute beach boxes. And lots of thoughtful small touches that surprised us in a delightful way during our stay from thoughtful activity books and pencils to a range of board games and much more.

Perfect location to catch up with relatives who lived within the Brighton area but also super easy, with a direct train line, into the city. Some great local restaurants and cafes. Sandringham beach at the end of the street with beach towels supplied. This was a perfect base for myself and my elderly parents, late 70s, one flight of stairs in but other than that very accessible. Would be good for small families too. Presented exactly as shown in the photos. We had no faults and the host was very responsive. The place was clean and tidy, some stains on the fabric furniture but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

Demi’s home was beautiful and even nicer than the photos. It was spotless and it had everything we needed for a few days. The location was fantastic, we would love to come back and stay again and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Rosalie’s lovely apartment had beautiful bay views and was very convenient for local restaurants and the trains. The beds were very comfy.

This was such a great location! It’s close to the supermarket and train station as well as restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a very short walk to the beach too. There is a flight and a half of stairs to walk up, but well worth it. The thoughtful additions such as breakfast items, butter and milk were great. The apartment is quiet and spacious with a beautiful outdoor deck. David was lovely to deal with, very responsive. Would highly recommend this listing.

Carmela and Mark were very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and well maintained, very close to the beach+hotsprings. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come again in the future!

We had a fantastic weekend away with our two dogs, Josh's place was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful big back yard for the boys to run around in. Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Loved every minute!

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Well equipped kitchen, with most necessities provided. IGA super market, and local eats bunched together on Thames prom. The home has a beautiful garden at the front, close the gates.. fur buddy wonderland. Rear garden, under cover with small landscaped grass area, nice for coffee and a chat. Thanks Isy

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

A beautifully turned out appt. And when we arrived there were lots of extras and welcome pack goodies. Mainline train station is across the road with superb links to all the local towns and the city is only 40 mins away. Stunning beaches 2 mins away and if you want, you can watch the sunset from the shared roof terrace! Will definitely rebook when we next visit OZ!

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Tamara and her lovely family welcomed us into their beautiful home. We loved the spectacular view from our bedroom of the sea, including the wonderful sunsets in the evening. Bo is a character that is so well behaved, he truly made the best roommate. The amenities at Tamara’s place were out of this world! A pool, sauna and gym. The place is also less than 2 minutes from a bus stop, travelling anywhere from the residence is super easy. A great, relaxing stay with a lovely family. Thank you, Tamara!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

What a gem! Adrian was so fantastic with instructions and helping us check in. When we arrived we were shocked at how beautiful and clean the apartment is, also with all the goodies that were left for us which was a special surprise. The view and ambience of San Remo from the balcony instantly puts you in holiday mode. And then to discover how well stocked the unit was with extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and food items, we couldn’t have been happier. I can’t recommend this place enough! Secure parking downstairs and lift access also make this a very disability friendly apartment. Our son has a disability and the apartment was perfect. Highly recommend the pelican feeding at midday across the road as giant stingrays also show up for a feed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we got to relax and enjoy time with our children.
