Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

The Airb&b was clean, cozy and met all of our needs. It was very well kept and you could not tell that there were pets there at all. We loved the large fenced in yard which was perfect for our pets needs. It was a quick drive to downtown Athens and Strouds state park. Our host was quick to respond and very kind. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town.

We were in town visiting relatives. We had a good time staying there for the two days. Very clean and not over fragranced and the kitchen was easy to use. We felt at home and comfortable and it was easy to get around while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay here while we visited Marietta. Home is just as described and the pictures show. Very close to the river with nice walking trails, downtown Marietta, and parks near by. Highly recommend

House was cozy and very peaceful. The rain on the morning we left was nice to listen to from the covered patio in the back. Spacious house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Cosy Corner was perfect for our needs. We wanted to get together to celebrate our sister’s birthday and Marietta is a one hour trip for her and two hours for us which made quick and easy for all of us. Having three bedrooms all with queen sized beds was perfect so that we each had our own room. The upstairs bedroom is quite spacious with a half bath. The living room and dining area are both large enough for all of us to sit and talk. Since we were lucky enough to have nice weather, we were able to enjoy the porch. My sisters and I enjoyed some nice shops on Front St. while our husbands relaxed at the Cosy Corner. We did the sternwheeler dinner on Saturday and it was great. Good food and entertainment. Then we came back to the Cosy Corner for birthday cake, presents and games around the dining table. We left a few suggestions for improvements on the card left on the table in the house. All in all, this house was great and made our trip more fun and enjoyable than staying in a hotel

11/10 experience! Was not expecting how luxurious and spacious this beautiful home is. I wish this was my home! Adorably decorated, comfy beds, and amenities you didn’t even know you needed (heated toilet seat!?). Ample space, huge shower, and places to put all of your items/ things. The land was beautiful and great for birding. Being able to drive into downtown Athens without even getting on the highway is one of many reasons we hope to stay again if available.

There was a snowstorm when I arrived and the temperatures dropped quickly making my cabin cold and the pipes started to freeze up. I alerted my host and they immediately made me safe and warm with an awesome new home they had recently finished. Without exception, my host was generous and accommodating.

Wonderful stay and convenient to everything for visiting our family for the holidays. It’s a lovely home and we’ve already booked for next year!

This caboose is AMAZING. We’d never been to Marietta before and what an adorable little town. So dog friendly too which is awesome. (Shout out to the galley restaurant - huge dog friendly patio! ) The caboose itself was PRISTINE. There are so many thoughtful details everywhere. It’s not cramped or stuffy, it’s literally perfect. And omg I hope you’re lucky enough to spend a rainy night- the best sleep I’ve ever gotten. 15/10 stars. Maybe my all time favorite air bnb stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Toni was super easy to work with . The house had some very fun touches. For example, my boys loved the candy bowl and the location. My son caught 9 fish. The pups loved the fenced in yard. I would recommend.

After arriving at another Airbnb that wasn't as listed, we were on the hunt for another one. We saw Nathan's listing, contacted him and reserved his place. He waited for us to arrive, got us in and showed us around. He even offered to help with our luggage. Nathan couldn't be more friendly and helpful. His listing was as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked and overall very homey. We will be going back. Thanks Nathan.

This is an awesome place! If you find a place that will take dogs, sometimes it's not as nice as those that don't. Not here! Everything was immaculate, and so cute! The scenery is fun (you will watch barges come up and down the river, birds, etc). The wifi works great as well. We were remote working and had no issues with anything. Pamela was so responsive and went out of her way to be helpful - even offering the house early because of bad travel conditions. The Rinky Dink flea market on Rt 7 is a fun side trip if you get a chance to go. I hope to come back soon! Thanks so much Pamela - You are the BEST!

Everything about this stay was excellent. All the amenities were exactly as they were described. super easy check in with very clear instructions. there was not a moment during our 3-day two-day stay that we did not feel like we were at home. The hosts were amazing. they have really set this up to maximize the experience for the guests. This is no surprise after a conversation with them they used Airbnb when they traveled and there were things they liked and things they didn't like and when they decided to set up this cute little cabin for Airbnb they wanted to make sure they did it right. We are already reviewing our schedules for future bookings. This was by the way are very first Airbnb. We can only hope that everyone else is setting such high expectations and following through with results when we travel elsewhere.

Great stay close to campus! Property is great to walk and amazing shared spaces to play cards, eat, and hang out both inside and outside!

Everything was as promised in the photos and listing. This “little” cabin in the woods was a perfect weekend getaway ! Perfect place to go to get time a lone, or to spend it vacationing with family since there was plenty of room for extra people!

We had a great time at Tiger Lily! The cottage was super clean, cute and cozy. Even better than the photos. We enjoyed all the extra touches and non-toxic offerings. The hot tub was a hit for our son who spent several hours in it during our stay. He can’t wait to go back! Our dog was equally excited about his cozy bed and fun toys as well as the fenced in yard. Truly a great stay for a small family. We didn’t explore too much, but we are more of a “hang out and relax” family so it was perfect. There isn’t an oven, but the cooktop, grill, and air fryer were all we needed. The cottage is perfect for two or a family with one child. I would definitely recommend Tiger Lily for a relaxing retreat. Chris and Lisa are terrific hosts!

Grace was a fabulous host! She has a beautiful place! Fully stocked in ways you wouldn’t expect! Clean area, lots of extra blankets! Clear instructions, organized, lots of games! Hot tub was wonderful especially with all of the solar lights! It was such a pleasurable stay! Our dogs loved it as well! We will definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed our short stay at the lovely farmhouse. We were in the area for a funeral and our stay at peaceful farmhouse in the country was very consoling.

Colton was an amazing host. Very responsive and flexible with our stay. A winter storm cam through making it dangerous to drive. Colton offered to let us stay past check out until it was safe. We didn't have to ask. they are great people with a beautiful property and would recommend to stay. would come back 100 percent.

Our trip started off with a small hiccup but Holly was awesome and made it right. The house was wonderful it is one of the best rentals we have had. The kitchen was is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed at. The knives were all sharp, there are ample amount of pots and pans for anything you want to cook. The loft bedroom had one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever had at a rental. The furniture is very nice,great for relaxing and listening to some really great records. We definitely made use of the whirlpool tub and the shower. The bathroom was thoughtfully put together. I think the only downside to our stay was the super bright full moon. Lol. It made stargazing difficult. Sitting outside at night with the tree frogs singing was so peaceful and relaxing! We can't wait to be able to come back again and hopefully be able to try out the hot tub and do some stargazing! Holly and Michael know how to make you feel like you are in a home away from home.
