Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Kyle and Krystal were excellent hosts with a beautiful space. Everything was as described. Great pool, a kitchen with lots of needed items, linens, towels, and a beautiful yard. Private and secluded. They were both very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. This was a beautiful home with everything you need and more to feel at home! The hot tub was relaxing and the screened in porch made for a relaxing hang out area. The host was super friendly and responds right away! 10 out of 10 experience will be booking a stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The beds were super comfy, perfect combination of firm and soft, with a variety of pillow types to choose from. There was plenty of hot water for 6 showers every morning, and we were all getting ready about the same time. When the dryer squealed and I notified Ruben, he immediately offered to send a repairman with our convenience in mind. He responded quickly to any questions from the very beginning of the reservation throughout our stay. My sister especially liked having a ceiling fan in the master suite. My 92-year-old mother was thrilled with a ground floor bedroom and a half bath right next door. We often gathered around the table in the kitchen area to make our plans, and though we didn't cook much we appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood made us feel safe and let us sleep well.

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better; right in the heart of everything, with several great restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Kenny, the host, was fantastic. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions quickly. It made a difference knowing we had such a responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful experience overall and are already looking forward to coming back to stay here again. Highly recommend!
