Absolutely loved our short stay. Was a last minute booking and they accommodated our family so quickly. Communication was 5 stars. They responded so quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely book with them again.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergy’s place. Place was clean and in a very good location close to creek. The dining room was beautiful. Sergy was responsive and friendly and gave us a later check out. Enough kitchen supplies. Lots of spices, and ground coffee was available to brew. There is a Keurig machine but you need to bring your own cups. Instructions on garbage disposal was not clear and it took us a while to figure it out. The garbage disposal is next to the community membership office. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and will return!

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

We rented this for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The only thing was, that it was February! So cold and rainy, but the hosts had nothing to do with that. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious, 5 Brs so all the girls had their own rooms. The back yard is amazing and we wish we could have enjoyed all the amenities like to pool, beautiful outdoor space and front porch too. But we spent a lot of time downtown at the restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. So all was great! The kitchen was perfect for a night in with dinner made by all the Brides friends. I highly recommend this beautiful home and location!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

This rental was absolutely perfect! Only a 12 min ride to Camelback, great for a ski weekend. Will definitely be back in the future!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Steve and his team were GREAT. The house was very clean, the sheets and towels provided were very good quality. Host was able to accomodate an early check in with no issues, very proactive on communication and replying within less than 10 minutes. Extremely friendly. The house is great, spacious and we had a great time there. I recommend it 100%

Beautiful home tucked just a few minutes away from Woodstock. Rachel & Rick's place offered plenty of space, couches to rest and a cozy fireplace. We will absolutely be back.

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

My Husband, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights for our one year wedding anniversary. We wanted to unplug but also have some local activities. We hardly had to leave the house! There was more than enough rooms / space. Between the river and canoeing, the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire on the river ..we didn’t even have to leave the property. It felt so private and was so calmly quiet, great for watching the deer on the property! New Paltz is a quick 10 minute drive. We went horseback riding then went into the town for some lunch and light shopping. Seth was super quick to respond with any and all questions we had. We highly recommend this home for a couples getaway or a nice family or friend outing.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I could not be happier with my stay! my group and I loved the ammenady options. The house was so spacious so no one felt cramped. The house was clean and well cared for! The neighbors aren't too close so there is plenty of privacy. The beds where sooo comfortable. If you do alot of computer work like me. This place is even wonderful for that too as it has many places to "set up shop" where you wont be bothered by others in your group. My only complaint was that I had to leave so soon. I am looking forward to returning.

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.
