Our family (me, my wife and kids 9,8 and 5) really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in we had the jukebox going and we were all dancing together. We loved the countryside views from inside and outside of the home. Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed the miniature golf, fire pit, hot tub and jukebox.

Kristin is the consummate host who made us feel at home. Every room was simultaneously charming and comfortable and spotless. We had a lovely family weekend and truly appreciated Kristin’s communication and attention to detail. Cannot thank her enough.

We came to the Versailles area to tour several horse farms. This house is in a great location for that, as well as not far from the restaurants and grocery stores in Versailles. The house was pristine with many thoughtful touches.

Beautiful home, very clean. The bedroom/bathroom locations work great for our family (older ladies on 1st floor and younger ladies in the basement). Quiet neighborhood made sitting on the back patio a fun ending to the evening.

We loved staying here. We frequent air bnbs often and this was definitely one of my favorites. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, plenty of extra towels, rags, etc. They even had a baby bed! The only thing I regret about my stay, was that I couldnt stay longer.

This home has everything and more. Flo has thought of everything and is extremely helpful and responsive! We didn’t want to leave because it was such a wonderful experience!!!!!

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed our five days staying at Pamela's place in Midway. The house was extremely comfortable and had the right amount of space for all of us to enjoy our time. The location is perfect for taking a drive through horse country and visiting the local wineries and distilleries. The house was clean and provided us with all the necessary items for our stay. We did quite a few meals at the house and had everything we needed as far as dishes, pans, spices, etc. Pam was great at communicating with us and confirming we were able to get settled. I would highly recommend this place, especially for couples as it has three beds and baths that works our perfectly for a group of adults.

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 children under 10 with us as well and they loved the house! Well updated and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!!!

This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

This listing in Midway was just wonderful. Beautiful location, easy check-in and access and pristine, clean unit. We booked this listing last minute due to visiting family in the area with some medical needs. The kitchen was so fully stocked we were able to prepare a few meals for family with no issues. Our request to extend the stay an extra night was accepted with kindness. If you are traveling to Midway or the greater Lexington area do not hesitate to book this lovely listing in a beautiful location.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

Really enjoyed our stay it’s so quiet and relaxing having the lake a few steps away it’s really nice. The house has a very welcoming feeling it’s great. Anytime we’re back in the area we will definitely plan to stay at Josie’s.

Nice to walk around the farm. There is a smaller cabin on the same road so if you’re renting the large cabin keep going down the gravel road for a bit. Loved the place and the sunsets!

What a lovely place!! We needed a little peace and quiet & that’s exactly what we got. Fishing was so much fun & much of the gear was provided. Amenities & necessities were spot on, and the house was super clean & so charming. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! Definitely going on our favorites list!

Only crashed for the night, but it was a great place. Would definitely stay again and for a longer time!

Anna’s home is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway on the River, where you can relax and be around nature. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay in the near future.

Loved our stay at Brooklyn’s cabin during our two-day trip on the Bourbon Trail! It was perfect—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Brooklyn was incredibly responsive and even checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area!

We love this place! It's so perfectly appointed. We're a group of older women who go away together on a regular basis. 1.) We need to have enough beds that we don't have to share one (but will if its a king). No one needs to share here! We almost all get our own rooms which is incredibly wonderful!! 2.) Our mission is to get away from life for a few days and hang out together. The main living room offers plenty of seating for most - with super comfortable seats with reclining and foot rests - all circle the wood burning fireplace. Heaven! 3.) The kitchen has everything you'll need - and I say that on behalf of the 10+ plus women who have cooked for decades. 4.) Bridgette is so great with communication and responded quickly to our requests and even offered more than we asked we asked for, thank you Bridgette!!
