Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping. The house was tastefully decorated with high end finishes and quality linens. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable for cooking. There was plenty of room and privacy for us three married couples traveling together. Will definitely stay again when we return to the area!

The saying, "home away from home" applies to this comfortable and peaceful rental. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided, from coffee (and creamer) to the fluffiest of bath towels. The cottage is decorated in warm tones, accented by antiques & rooted in Kentucky history. Just like Goldilocks, we tried every bed and each one was perfectly appointed. Steve is a gracious and accommodating host who provided information about the area, including local restaurants. His love for Kentucky and the local Midway community is evident! Try the bakery - WOW! We visited to tour UK, and this rental was the perfect backdrop for our visit. Absolute perfection - we can't wait to return!

We loved everything about 145 Dan Street, Versailles! The owner was so nice and helpful. The great surprise was that there were two baths! Plenty of linens. We will return many times. Plenty to do, lots of shopping, restaurants and home of Woodford bourbon distillery. Perfect stay for Bourbon Trail! Decor was modern with some antiques! Jude is a perfect host!

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

Great place to stay if you are in town for Bourbon, wine and horses! Host gave us great recommendations on places to visit and eat. They had all the essentials for us. Less than a block away from downtown Midway with plenty of great places to eat. Will definitely be back!

Anne's place was amazing. The scenery from the house was amazing with the beautiful rolling hills and horses. We really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom with a cup of coffee for breakfast. The house was very spacious and we felt right at home. I highly recommend her place.

We had such a wonderful stay. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful. We loved the country setting. The house was so clean and had everything our family of four needed for our stay. This is the top AirBnB stay that I’ve had. My friends and I enjoyed a weekend in Angie and Jay’s large home that had equal parts quiet space and bedrooms and communal space for hanging out and dining together. We enjoyed the hot tub, movie room, and fully equipped kitchen. It was a bit snowy during our stay and our hosts salted the walkways and cleared the long driveway immediately! The home was very clean and had lovely decor. We are already planning a return trip.

This place was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 4 children 2-14 to stay at. They had the perfect accommodations for everyone from toys to a heated blanket! The home was cozy and wonderfully decorated and the perfect size for our family on our weekend getaway, thanks for letting us stay!

We will stay with Deb again. Before we arrived I wondered how the noise would be since it is close to Versailles Road. It was absolutely perfect. We could not hear any traffic noise and slept like babies. On Saturday morning we ate a wonderful breakfast from Liam's before we left. The house was clean and set up perfectly for our needs. The two bedrooms had nice private baths and offered privacy for the occupants of both rooms. The cost of the stay was far less than we would have spent on two hotel rooms. The access was easy and the parking seemed very secure.

Loved the house! The convenience of getting to distillery was great. The rooms were awesome.The microwave had problems and the can opener needs to be replaced . But other than that it was perfect

Host was Amazing and saved us from a botched booking at another place which wasn't private, and we got lucky / hit the jackpot - finding this GEM very late in the evening after being exhausted driving, and trying to find something close to Lexington. Well, look no further!! This place is an amazing GEM coveted in the most serene "quiet/private" location with AMAZING views and some Beautiful Hills with Horses!! You can't beat it!! If you have a small family with a Dog, even without a Dog, this place is a must stay due to the Host's great amenities/accommodations, the great clear Views/Sites - Sunsets/Sunrises with some coffee, best rest/sleep you've had in a while, and even Horses to view and enjoy. Honestly, it should have been our first choice, but sometimes you stumble upon a blessing when all else doesn't work. About 15-20 min from Lexington, and some winding roads, but perfectly placed in a great spot for great times with your family!! Enjoy!!

The furnishings at this home were really nice, and the beds comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and chatting as well as hanging out in the cozy living room and kitchen space. Thanks for offering such a well appointed home near the bourbon trail!
