This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

I stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect! Quiet, clean, comfy, warm and safe! So close to shops and restaurants, just minutes from Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. Such a lovely back yard area, with fire pit and horseshoes, and other outside activities. They had s’mores and lots of firewood ready to use. There was the cutest little fat bunny rabbit running around haha! It was just me staying, but it seems to be a great family place as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels so safe! They had snacks, great coffee, hot chocolate, and even chocolates by my bed. The house is just full of charming little touches. What a great host and a lovely house. I was sad to leave! Thanks again!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Old Colorado Downtown! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, right in the middle of all the charm and character of downtown with breathtaking views of the mountains. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip. The home itself was a gem, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home. On top of that, the price was fantastic, such great value for everything this stay offered! What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They provided a detailed guide for tourists like me, full of recommendations for the best local restaurants, attractions, and unique places to visit. It was so helpful and made exploring the area a breeze. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to create local guide for me.

Our first time staying with and Host with Air bnb and we absolutely loved it. Lisa home was very welcoming and everything more. Would definitely stay here again. We loved Colorado so much 10/10

My family and I enjoyed our stay. What you see in the pictures, is exactly what you’ll get. It’s a cozy, decent size and quiet place. We loved how clean it was, and how spacious it was for only half of the house! Gina has excellent communication skills. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling with a small group and/or anyone who’s interested in staying in not such a crowded area like downtown. (:

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had many extra things that we ended up needing (such as dish soap, disposable razors, seasonings, plenty of dishes, etc.). Also, the hot tub and fire pit were incredible to have, especially in the February weather! Laura was very responsive the entire time. We would definitely recommend!

We Love this house and try to always stay here when visiting our son. Our dog Charley loves the yard and I feel very safe when she is out there. The space is comfortable, cozy, and private. We’ll keep staying here as long as Susan (who is fabulous btw) will have us. Thanks so much for always making us feel right at home ♥️

Jonathan's place was perfect for our girlfriends' weekend! The hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable, the kitchen was good for preparing our meals, the couches were comfortable, and the beds were great for a good night's sleep. It's very close to Garden of the Gods or Manitou Springs for those interested in hiking or shopping. I would definitely recommend Jonathan's place to others!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Stayed for 2 months while I was finding a place in the Springs. I felt right at home from the beginning. The place is so comfortable with plenty of space in an amazing location. Don’t let the downtown scare you the house is super peaceful, with an easy walk to everything you could want

Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

This carriage house is lovely and very comfortable. Loved the apartment we stayed in and the bed was very comfortable! Great kitchen, and the French doors to the upper porch were my favorite feature. Lots of natural light and very quiet area. Excellent location for walking to restaurants, shops, and parks. The hosts made everything easy for arrival and providing a comfortable stay. This was one of the most enjoyable air b and bs I have ever stayed in. The view of Colorado Springs was beautiful from the deck which was the length of the apartment and so comfortable. The atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet we all, including our dog truly loved the place and are looking forward to our next visit.

Great location and affordable, plenty of great activities to do in the area. Place was very clean and a nice relaxing place to come back to after a long day of activities.

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

Our stay was in a great location and the owner reached out early in our stay to see if we needed anything. The layout was good size for our family.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

We stayed here to visit some friends who are stationed near by and wanted to have a view of the mountains from our room. This rental didn't disappoint! Views were amazing and the location was great and close to attractions and food. It was super clean and decorated really cute. We had such a great time we extended our stay an extra night and Pam was so helpful and easy going with that and checking in early! Definitely recommend and would stay here again!
