Amazing outdoor sitting spots with great views, perfect place for a relaxed morning coffee. Has everything you need, out in the country but also close and easy drive into down. Very responsive loverly host.

The place was fantastic for our group, large and open downstairs area made it easily accomodate us with additional covered outside space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great sizes.

Three old friends and I stayed at Johanna’s place to attend a wedding nearby. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the surroundings very peaceful. Johanna was friendly and responsive and allowed us to check in early in order to get ready in time for the wedding. The house instructions and directions were very clear. Would happily stay again.

We were very happy with Stickney's accommodation. It was a good price for the size, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The chocolates and bottle of wine were a really welcoming touch! We appreciated the fire wood as the evening was a bit cold - having a fireplace was another nice touch! Thank you, Stickney for your great communication and nice clean place in lovely Waikanae!

We had a lovely stay at Anne's. The house was spotless and spacious, lots of places to sit and chat, both inside and outside. An easy walk into town for cafes. Great communication from Anne and easy check in. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the kids especially loved it. Had everything we needed and more. Great to have the toys, movies and bikes for entertainment. The property was clean and comfortable and close to cafes, restaurants and grocery. Would definitely recommend, especially for families.

Had an awesome stay at this place! So much room and had many choices of bedrooms and mattress types. One down side was only one toilet and shower in same room so was a cue for the toilet at times, however, 24hr macdonalds across the street was great for emergency toilet! Overall the space was lovely and comfortable and was just what we needed. Location was perfect for the event we were attending aswell as shops and restaurants :)

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. It's exactly what you need if you are here for a visit or a medium term stay. Thanks Sally!

A peaceful and quiet retreat for a weekend getaway. The little touches such as the fresh flowers and chocolate were a thoughtful surprise. We also enjoyed meeting one of the furry four legged neighbours. This was the perfect location to retreat to after attending events in Greytown (a short car drive just out of the centre of Greytown ). I only wish we had been able to stay longer to read some of the books available ( I did manage to finish my own book that I had bought along).

I can't say enough about this apartment! It was a real privelege to be able to stay in such a gorgeous apartment. It is so stylish and luxe, absolutely gorgeous. It's bigger than what it appears in the photos. The beds and pillows were so comfortable with great linens. There is a wood pellet fire heater in the living room. Loved the separate sitting room with the soundbar for the tv. Location is amazing, just a few short steps to Cuba street with bars and restaurants everywhere. Short walk to the museum and the waterfront. I can't think of anywhere I have stayed with airbnb that's been as gorgeous and such a comfortable stay. Host was also very accomodating and responsive. Thanks for having us!

Michael was a wonderful host- very laid-back in approach and we really appreciated his flexibility and generosity around check-in time and his responsiveness to a couple of questions we had on arrival around car parking and beach access (both available at this property). The location of this apartment is absolutely stunning- I have truly never seen an ocean view to beat this. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped and really comfortable with everything you need. Spent a wonderful afternoon walking the beach for 4 hours or so, enjoying a beautiful meal at the local Waterfront Restaurant, then soaking in the spa pool under the stars watching the most glorious sunset over the ocean. You can literally see & hear the waves crashing below from the master bedroom. So peaceful. If you're looking for a relaxing beachfront stay in a friendly village setting, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Michael, we'll be back!

La Rocque Cottage in Martinborough is a lovely villa hosted by Megan, who was very friendly and responsive. The house itself was a good size for three adults and a puppy, plus it was clean, comfortable, and easy to heat on a chilly day. The propery is also fully fenced, which was great for our puppy. We had a lovely weekend away and recommend La Rocque Cottage for your next weekend away in Martinborough!

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

A lovely house with great indoor and outdoor areas. The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend including a hot tub, pool table and darts. We took advantage of the local bike trails too. Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The house is spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Sarah was a very responsive, attentive and friendly host! We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa, and playing frisbee on the massive grounds. The views are magical. The house is only a short drive/walk from vineyards and easy drive to Masterton. Would happily stay here again, cannot recommend it enough!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

We honestly can't rate this place highly enough, it was a stunning location which felt a million miles from anywhere, but was so accessable to all the local amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer! Bradley very kindly let us have a late check out so we could soak up the peace and tranquility that little bit longer! The property is done beautifully, and has everything you need including games, books, a walk on the property, the spa, and we didn't even notice the lack of WiFi, we were too busy switching off and enjoying the place! Perfect break away and will definitely be back!

Beautiful old house. Pics on here don't do the place justice, heaps of space and very comfy bed. Super close to the centre and within walking distance of all the places you'd want in Upper Hutt.

Once again, this has to be one of the best places to stay in Masterton. Close to all the amenities and the house itself is very roomy and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay - even a swimming pool and barbecue. Highly Recommend.
