Very much enjoyed the novelty, comfort, and serenity of this farm home. Very quiet, peaceful, homey and comfy with lots of amenities, including fresh homemade bread and (if the hens are not on strike) fresh farm eggs. Hosts are A+ in responsiveness and proactive with communication (an 8” snowfall came just 3 days before our arrival, and we received timely and helpful status reports about road conditions). Were in town for a February wedding this time but would love to return in the summer or fall!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was easy to find, and it was a very quiet place to sleep. Plenty of room for everyone, and we loved the decor -- Updated nicely with a few places where the antique floor & antique door nobs were left in place made for a great ambiance. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area!

We stayed at 1900 Cottage when we were In Yates Center for a family celebration. The cottage is very clean and well decorated. Everything is updated yet they have kept the original charm of the home. Home is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the historic town square. Nicole was responsive and proactively reached out when a neighbor had parked in front of the home before we arrived. Nicole has thought of everything her guests may need (plus more). Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again in the future.

A great little place to stay at just for a night away from the chaos It was so relaxing it was so quiet the ponds are absolutely beautiful especially in the morning sunrise. At night the stars are so bright and you can see everything

such a peaceful vibe with this bnb and the bed was amazing slept like a baby .

I was looking for an out of town country stay, and Eric's home did not disappoint. The home was beautifully appointed with everything you would want and more in a short term stay. If there is a type of cooking appliance that wasn't in that kitchen, dare I say you didn't need it. The home was spacious and the little extras I noticed really made it feel like home. There were even toys and games for families with children. I was there with my husband for work in Yates Center. We set up our office and the internet was fantastic. Seamlessly got all of our contract work done on line. The home was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was artisan soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms to use including shampoo and bath gel. There were the very basic needs in the kitchen for cooking and baking, i.e: seasonings, oils etc. All in all if and when I return to Yates Center for work I will most definitely stay at Eric's cattle farm. Perfect little getaway to be with nature. Felt right at home even if we just stayed for one night. Had all the amenities you could need. Loved everything about this place. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The bunkhouse was perfect for our overnight stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back if we had the chance.

This is our second year having our annual girl’s trip at this home. We absolutely love everything about it. The home is extremely clean, the hot tub is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are pretty comfortable. We have already discussed coming back again next year. Can’t recommend this place enough!
