Albert was an accommodating host. His place had everything we needed. It was an easy, comfortable stay for a very reasonable price!

We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

Loved this space. House was perfect size for me and 10 buddies. Close to hikes and to town, but remote enough to really feel immersed in nature. Wished it was warmer so we could use pool or lake, but enjoyed the massive yard and played lots of Kan jam! Would 100% come back. Highly recommended

Tania and Glenn's home is exquisite. the decor is worldly and so tasteful you feel like you are in a very special place. Beds were all comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped and we loved the array of spices and condiments. The host are very generous with information and support that commenced as soon as we booked. The outdoor patio was superb and all of us used it well. We had very busy schedule but it was so inviting for rest in between our events. The host are super friendly and responsive and though they live on the lower level we barely felt their presence. The home is very modern with various digital systems to control lights, TV, sound system, kitchen stove, trash compressor. At first we were overwhelmed, not familiar but Glenn responded quickly to our questions and their help manuals are user friendly and impressively thoughtful. We all loved it and agreed we will return for our next reunion. lastly the location is great, quiet but close to all centers.

Great stay! House was clean and spacious for our party of 8. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay in January. We traveled with our twin 18 month olds and had access to playpens and a high chair for which I was very grateful! They even had some books and legos for the kids to play with!

Exactly as pictured - beautiful small one level renovated old carriage house. Such a cute aesthetic and a great neighbourhood. Some ants but nothing worrisome. Host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. They even had a new hot tub! Many towels available (usually uncommon for airbnbs). Thermostat was easy to use and kept the place at a comfortable temperature. Linens were lovely - soft and cosy and a range of many pillows to choose from. Couches were very long and could host a small gathering with ease. Tv was easy to direct and easy to connect our Firestick to. Book and binder with many local recommendations. Kitchen had just about anything you could possibly need!! Cookie sheets? Blender? Large salad bowls? Platter boards? Garlic salt? Slow cooker? They had it!! We visited during an ice storm and the hosts were very kind and responsive - helpful that they live next door. They also have a landscaping team to help shovel and salt the driveway/sidewalks. Thank u thank u thank u!!!!

This was the most effortless and perfect stay, The house accommodated everything we needed and had such a lovely homey feel. Great area as well, felt safe and comfy. Would definitely stay again !

We were delighted with the property and it was perfect for my wife and I. The house is small but the use of space is excellent. There is ample living space, bedrooms, dining and kitchen. The space seems bigger because it flow out onto a patio that connects to a veranda. There is even a fire pit if you are so in inclined. We had meals outside and enjoyed the adirondack chairs on the dock. They provided kayaks that we used everyday, the lake was like glass and so peaceful. Nearby are plenty of restaurants. We also ventured to Peterborough and to a local apple orchard for picking apples and freshly made cider donuts. This stay exceeded expectations.

Heather & Gene were amazing hosts. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Heather and Gene were both incredibly accommodating and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—close to Wachussett Mtn and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit!

The value for this house was amazing. My friends and I had an absolute blast at Brenda’s property and we would totally return. The house is spacious and the view overlooking the lake is beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy and Brenda was a great host - super helpful and responsive. Would recommend this stay!

Wonderful home for the six of us….age range 15 months to 82 years. Responsive and friendly homeowners. I would definitely rent again. I especially was grateful for the extra food-stuff in the cupboard and refrigerator available for us to use when we first arrived with hungry 4 year old and 15 month old children. Owners provided a pack and play playpen for the toddler which was very helpful. Home has a lot of beautiful and interesting decorations that make it feel warm and homey, but did present a challenge for our 15 month old boy. Beds were very comfortable and the home is spacious. Well stocked kitchen.

Great stay! Home is spotless and in a lovely area. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom and kitchen super clean. Appreciated things like coffee, creamer, and sugar provided. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, easy to prep food. I only used one bedroom but the home is spacious with a completely finished lower level with lots of space, a second bathroom and bedroom/living space. Parking easy. Look forward to coming back next time I am working in the area-it’s a lovely alternative to a hotel!

amazing place and location with thoughtful touches!

We were in town visiting my son who goes to school in Boston. The views were gorgeous and the area is great for long walks. The space was exactly as described with all the amenities. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the lake.

We had a great time during our stay and really enjoyed the space! The house is in a great location, only being about an hour outside of Boston while still having great views and being right on the lake.

I was in town for my daughter's soccer tournament at Progin Park. Celio's house felt like home while we were away. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook, beds are comfy, the back yard is adorable... really happy with our stay!

Great location - walkable to everything centrally in town. Quiet and peaceful little street. The house itself is filled with all kinds of quirky character at nearly 175 years old! It was fun to stay here and we'd consider it again - was good for kids and our family.

Enchanting home and location. Such a unique and luxurious experience. The beds & bedding were so comfortable. Everything we needed to "feel at home" was provided. We had a jam-packed schedule, and my only regret is that we didn't add a couple of extra days so we could have enjoyed more time in this beautiful home!
