The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! We all had a really wonderful time at Jon's house. 8 adults, 4 kids, aged 3 to 92! There was plenty of space for all of us and the property felt like home, only bigger! It is a warm, light ,spacious house with conservatory and large garden and lovely views. It has everything you need and more. Big dining table so all of us could eat together. 1 Great Gran aged 92 played the piano while the other sat in conservatory watching kids play outside. The grandkids loved the well stocked play room and there were lots of board games, books and DVD's and a fantastic games room at the bottom of the garden which we all enjoyed. Plenty to do to keep all the family occupied if the weather isn't great. The extensive grounds proved to be a bonus for our Easter egg hunt too.. We had a minor issue with a pop up plug that didn't pop up, but as soon as I informed Jon he got a plumber round to resolve the problem. No one wanted to go home. 2nd visit for some of us, and it won't be the last. Thankyou

Fantastic house, so so close to the beach and short walk into village with everything you need. Stayed with three families with older teenagers and it was perfect. We will return!

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Hugely enjoyable stay in Hove! This place is perfect for a little family holiday to Brighton & Hove. Lots of space, bright and clean on a lovely street. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a perfect bolt hole for our little family. The host Mark is super responsive and even helped us reclaim a bag of beloved marvel characters which we mistakenly left behind. Highly recommend!

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

It was great staying at Beshley's place, just 10 mins walk from Canoe Lake and the beach, so was very convenient.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend
