What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

Absolutely incredible stay!! We were here with the groom for two nights before the wedding day and it was the perfect relaxing retreat we wanted it to be! Scott was such a great host, even drove off to get us a bottle of milk when we arrived. The environment was gorgeous, the spa was heaven and the duel cabins made for a relaxing spacious experience. By far my favourite BnB I’ve ever stayed at and made for many beautiful memories. Hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Kathryn’s home is in a fantastic location with lots of room for the whole family. She was very accommodating of a request, which we really appreciated.

Our second visit as a group of lifelong friends. We do not have a pet but do appreciate the sense of openness and both the indoor and outdoor communal spaces. When sitting outside, you did not feel like you were being overlooked or impinging on other's enjoyment of their homes. Accommodates 6 adults easily. Good use of labels in kitchen for finding items. Great to have a coffee machine and basic supplies. Walk to Umina shops and beach. Suited us as we are "talkers" and like to be able to sit and chat. Spa well maintained. Great outdoor shaded area.

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Mulubinba. The apartment was clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and watching the birds. Darby Street is close by and offers some high quality food and shops. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful one night stay at Jonathan’s place. I have to agree with all the positive reviews on the property. It was a very welcoming place, right on the water, and in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main attractions. I would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful location right on the beach, easy access with local cafe next door. Unique apartment with everything you need, stunning views any time of the day. The apartment was in a central location with short walks in both directions to local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Dan and Robert provided all bedding & towels and the complimentary basket was a great touch. Great experience!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this stylish and light filled apartment. The balcony is a particularly inviting space with its colourful pot plants, comfortable seats and tranquil water views. Di is welcoming and generous host providing so many thoughtful touches and local recommendations.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
