A fantastic stay - a beautiful, remote location. Great to go off grid for a few days and re-connect with nature. Toby was very helpful and responsive to our every need. Was a great base to explore the area and really enjoyed the sauna too

This place is absolutely fantastic. It was more than enough space for 10 of us. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were fantastic space wise too and just what we needed. The bathrooms were great for what we needed as a group. Iwan was a great host and really responsive. Thank you for such a great stay.

Wonderful space for a large party of 10 with dogs too! Ample parking too which is a hige plus. The place was immaculate. The host was extremely responsive and accomodating. Plenty room for all of us and we all comfortably ate together at the table. Everything you need is there. And the host is always on hand to answer any questions. We even had an asda food delivery and a chinese takeaway delivered whilst there too! Great find. We'll definitely be back!

I almost don’t want to leave a review so it dosent get fully booked out for when I wanna book it again. Such a beautiful peaceful home. Sheep just nearby, stunning views and the fireplace…. To die for! Very clean and easy instructions. I wish I could go here every month !

Lucinda’s barn conversion is something else - perched on a forest with the most amazing scenery - the barn has it all - log fire - super comfy sofa - super comfy all around - opening up the bi folds and it’s magical just sitting there - Lucinda herself is one beautiful lady it was such a great pleasure to have a chat with her - it’s a 10- 10 + experience and thank you so much Lucinda for all your help - we had an adventure - ha ha - we met Tom and the farm lady - it’s lovely to cross paths with beautiful souls - best wishes Lucinda - thanks ——- Adam and Amanda x x

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, house was beautifully decorated and furnished, the house was absolutely spotless . In a nice quiet area, very peaceful and relaxing exactly what we all needed! We will definitely be back!

What an amazing place to stay! The location was incredible and, despite being a little hidden away, the instructions given on how to find the cottage were super detailed and easy to follow. Spotless and clean, beautiful surroundings, and within a short driving distance to anywhere you could wish to explore in Snowdonia! I would without a doubt stay here again.

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

Such a relaxing place to stay. Tony and Stephanie were lovely hosts and we had everything we needed for a cosy and peaceful stay . The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy and the cottage is warm and welcoming . Our 3 year old loved it too. From the trampoline with amazing views to the swing attached to the tree and the dogs and who came for a walk with us . We came home feeling like we’d had a proper break.

If you want somewhere quiet and remote, this is the place for you. You're surrounded by fields (and sheep), with great views down to the lake and hills. Only 10 minute from Bala, so easy to get to amenities. I booked here for a walking holiday and was not disappointed and will be back to walk the hills and forest trails we did not get to.

Such a beautiful place for me and my partner to stay over the weekend! Zoe welcomed us when we arrived and took us to the barn, she was very welcoming and lovely! The barn was so gorgeous and perfect for what we wanted, the location private but also a short car journey from beautiful walks and necessary shops. We would 100% stay again x
