We loved this place! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and we fit great! The room with 2 twins now has 6 bunk beds! And the room with a king has a bunk bed, too! We were pleasantly surprised! The neighborhood was so nice! We loved the big golf cart! Even though the closest beach was blocked, we could take it down to the next beach. Out of the 4 adult bikes mentioned, only 2 of them barely worked and there were no children’s bikes, as mentioned. But a nice neighbor said we could use hers! We also loved that the kids could explore in the woods behind the house! There is other hiking in the neighborhood, too! Beds were comfortable!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone! Caroline was very accommodating for later checkout times and responded quickly. Made the process very easy and perfect for stress-free trip!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Myself and my two brothers stayed at Kyle’s home for our first ever brother’s vacation. It was perfect for us. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened in patio area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay with two adults and two kids under the age of 10! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated with cute features for the kids. The use of the golf cart really made the experience for us…we didn’t rent a car so we went everywhere we needed to go in the golf cart. The Wharf was really fun and the beaches were beautiful! The neighbors were also really friendly and helpful with recommendations/directions. We would definitely rent again!

My wife and I had a great stay here. Great set up, we loved the back yard. Kveta was very nice and helpful. The location was very peaceful, it was 45mins from Destin and 25mins from Pensacola. Definitely go visit!!!

Benton let me and my fiancé stay for a little weekend getaway. Benton was very responsive and helped with any questions or issues we had. He had his place absolutely spotless and very organized. The mattress had to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The shower was very clean and very nice. He had supplied us with all the items and amenities we would need for our trip. The view was amazing and the resort is a small and well maintained place so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of people running around! I loved the flamingo theme as well as great taste in music for the record player. You should also check out his fortune cookie book he wrote! Overall an absolute amazing place to stay and will definitely be coming back!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at surf bunny 🐇 Alma and Michael were gracious hosts, super responsive and friendly. The place is furnished with care and thoughtfulness to help guests feel right at home. A short walk to the beautiful white sand Miramar beach. Convenient to shopping and many restaurants. Would highly recommend Commelfo and Baytowne Marina Bar and Grill. Best coffee (from Hawaiian beans) is right around the corner - Bad Ass Coffee and the best morning pastries are at Maas Coffee Roasters (11 min drive). Easy check in and out! Lovely stay for us. Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

A top notch experience! We went for a family beach vacation and we were so happy that we chose this house! It has everything you need and super spacious for a big group, everyone felt comfortable and the cleanliness level was top as well. The best Airbnb house I have chosen so far.
