Great place to stay! Convenient to Kansas City and Lawrence.

The home was so spacious. 6 bedrooms and 3 of them have a private bathroom! The home was clean and nicely decorated. Johnny was very helpful with an early check in and very responsive. Excellent home!

Bill was proactive and responsive. The place was clean and well taken care of. 10/10 would do again, he is clearly a super host!

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend

We had the pleasure of stay at Zachary's airbnb and it was more than we could have expected. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful and more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be staying with him again!

We were so comfortable that our week there went way too fast! Angela's place was super clean and had enough room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves! We enjoyed playing all the games in the house also. Super relaxing with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay! House has an amazing location right near the Plaza. Close to many restaurants, bars, the art museum, and trails to run and bike. Driveway is huge so no need to park on the street. House is clean and well maintained. Host is very responsive and personable. Reasonably priced for the quality of rental. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night in our way through town but it was a great spot to get a good nights rest. The house had a unique layout with lots of character and all the amenities you needed for a comfortable stay.

This place is a 10/10. I’ve stayed at well over 25 Airbnbs and this was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. I loved it so much I hope to routinely return when I need to go to the KC area. Pros: •private driveway to park, just a few steps away from the unit •private, covered patio outside with table and chairs (the temp was perfect out and it was beautiful in the yard) •spacious (the added office room was incredible) •comfortable bed (and I’m picky) •amazing shower, with a large bathroom (plenty of room to get ready, felt spacious and not cramped at all) •location was the best (literally located minutes from stores, restaurants, etc) •extremely easy to find, neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe •host was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating •host uses fragrance-free detergent on sheets and towels (which is a must for us sensitive/allergic folks) •host paid attention to little details that go a LONG ways (full length mirrors, scissors, other supplies to use)

Emily's home made my top ten of favorite vacation homes (and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals). The home has been completely remodeled into a trendy home with modern elegance; keeping comfort and open spaces in mind. I booked the home for a cousin's reunion (nine women). We had more than enough bathroom and bedroom space. When I opened the front door, the home smelled clean and fresh. The open space of the living room and kitchen will overwhelm you with its beauty. The home was very clean and designed for groups of adults or families to be comfortable and enjoy visiting. When remodeling, it's apparent that only quality materials were used. The kitchen was well-stocked and appliances clean. The location of the home is central to Kansas City activities, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful to sleep at night. There were several comfortable places outside to sit and a two-car garage. Emily was easy and friendly to work with. Do not hesitate to book this outstanding home!

This house is well taken care of and managed by the owners who live nearby. Fresh, tasteful interior design with comfortable couch and good lighting for reading. New kitchen appliances, large refrigerator. Bed is very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Plan to stay here again while visiting family living nearby.

We had a great time! Pool table downstairs was fun, home was very clean and easy check in. Only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed.

Probably one of the most beautiful airbnb's I have stayed in out of all of the other airbnb's I've been to. This is truly a great place and should be added to your favorites immediately!

Max was an excellent communicator; the house was spotless and well appointed (especially the kitchen); and we had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The location was convenient to the Plaza, to Westport, and to downtown. Parking was easy, both on street and in the two private spaces behind the house (note that for loading and unloading, street parking was more efficient). We felt absolutely at home!

Great space for a weekend in Waldo!! We were just 3 guests, but could see how you could easily house 5 or 6 people in the space. Having three bathrooms was amazing. The beds are comfy, the thermostats work, and the wifi is fast! FYI the driveway is pretty steep, so don't forget to use your parking brakes! Great hosts, super informative messaging at all times.

Loved the space and the location. Was able to walk to places and it was located really close to the state line so easily went all over the city! Loved our time!

Home was in immaculate condition with a thoughtful floor plan. The gourmet kitchen actually made us want to cook (ha!), basement with billiards was a treat and memory foam beds were just right. All situated in a gorgeous estate community that kept us feeling very safe.

I had a wonderful stay at Casey's place! The communication was top-notch from the start, with Casey providing clear instructions and making it known that she was ready to answer any questions I had. The space itself was cozy and looked just like the pictures provided. This is a great spot to rest and recover after spending the day exploring the KC convention center. With the convention center being a short drive away and Casey being a great host, I would recommend you check this spot out for your next stay

Our stay was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could need. I highly recommend this place for families, as it came with multiple high chairs, pack n plays, and even a stroller! The neighborhood was quiet and close to an awesome park! We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Mary’s cottage. Was located in a beautiful and quiet area with off street parking. Great location for the Zoo, the Plaza & downtown KC.

Adorable cottage with very comfortable linens and bedding. Nice off-street parking. Cute front porch for sitting and relaxing. Nice couch space for napping, reading. Kitchen ready to prepare meals with bonus dishwasher. Awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities in the city. Very responsive host, easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall this location was perfect for our stay. It's a quiet residential area with easy access to the highway. The house had everything we needed. There were a couple things that weren't apparent from the listing. You have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom which wasn't a problem for us but might affect other guests. You also have to go outside to an exterior basement door to access the clothes washer and dryer. Again, it wasn't a problem but might be an issue when it's raining. Apparently some phone mapping apps have trouble finding the house. Mine took us right to it but the delivery driver had trouble finding us when we ordered food one evening. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
