This place is a 10/10. I’ve stayed at well over 25 Airbnbs and this was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. I loved it so much I hope to routinely return when I need to go to the KC area. Pros: •private driveway to park, just a few steps away from the unit •private, covered patio outside with table and chairs (the temp was perfect out and it was beautiful in the yard) •spacious (the added office room was incredible) •comfortable bed (and I’m picky) •amazing shower, with a large bathroom (plenty of room to get ready, felt spacious and not cramped at all) •location was the best (literally located minutes from stores, restaurants, etc) •extremely easy to find, neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe •host was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating •host uses fragrance-free detergent on sheets and towels (which is a must for us sensitive/allergic folks) •host paid attention to little details that go a LONG ways (full length mirrors, scissors, other supplies to use)

Emily's home made my top ten of favorite vacation homes (and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals). The home has been completely remodeled into a trendy home with modern elegance; keeping comfort and open spaces in mind. I booked the home for a cousin's reunion (nine women). We had more than enough bathroom and bedroom space. When I opened the front door, the home smelled clean and fresh. The open space of the living room and kitchen will overwhelm you with its beauty. The home was very clean and designed for groups of adults or families to be comfortable and enjoy visiting. When remodeling, it's apparent that only quality materials were used. The kitchen was well-stocked and appliances clean. The location of the home is central to Kansas City activities, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful to sleep at night. There were several comfortable places outside to sit and a two-car garage. Emily was easy and friendly to work with. Do not hesitate to book this outstanding home!

This house is well taken care of and managed by the owners who live nearby. Fresh, tasteful interior design with comfortable couch and good lighting for reading. New kitchen appliances, large refrigerator. Bed is very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Plan to stay here again while visiting family living nearby.

Our stay was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could need. I highly recommend this place for families, as it came with multiple high chairs, pack n plays, and even a stroller! The neighborhood was quiet and close to an awesome park! We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was the perfect location for visiting family. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. We had to park in the back of the house because someone was always parked in front of the house. The back alley and driveway is pretty rough. Cute and clean house with a great skyline 🏙️ view.

Wonderful home--gorgeous remodel. We had lots of room to spread out. My dogs loved the backyard. Wonderful communication from Lauren who was quick to respond when I had questions. We will be back.

Very good stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for us. Clear instructions and easy to access. Location is wonderful for equal distance between KC and Overland Park, which we went to both of a few occasions

Jason was a great host; proactive in communicating and quick to respond! The home suited our needs fabulously, loved having 2 bathrooms with showers! Close to Westport and all it has to offer; this should be noted as the house is located in the heart of a busy entertainment area and noise can be an issue, especially on weekend nights. The weekday nights were uneventful.

Great place to stay, especially if you are spending time in Power & Light. Went for the Big 12 tournament and it was a very manageable walk each day. Charming space with everything you need - we stayed 5 days and missed nothing. Shops and restaurants are also available for a convenient meal. Bed and pullout sofa slept very well. Good use of the layout, with room to do work on your laptop, or sit on the back patio and read. Also, surprisingly good shower for a basement unit in a historic home! Great communication and fast responses with the hosts. Recommend checking this out if you’re looking for a cozy alternative to hotels in the P&L.

Fred's place was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip. The space was clean and the perfect size for four people. The restaurant across the street is convenient and it's a quick drive to Kansas City.

location is great! house met our needs and has some places close by that arr great to eat. plenty of parking too.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

I chose this place because it was close to the home of my family members who I was in town to visit, but I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kansas City. I was surprised when I drove up at how nice it was and when I walked inside I thought it was way nicer than what the photos portrayed. The furnishings are minimal but quality. I liked having both firm and soft pillows to choose from – that is a big deal to me. The temperature control was good as well as the fact that there was a lamp and night table for both sides of the bed. Being able to sit on the porch and watch birds on the feeders and take a walk on the nature path was an unexpected surprise. I slept very well here and am recommending it to my parents who frequently stay in the area. The location is less than 10 minutes from legends and literally right next to Highway 435 so an easy drive to anywhere. I will never be staying in a hotel in this area again as long as this place is available.

overall, I'm very happy with the stay! I was told the shower head got broke during the last person's stay and I was warned that it may or may not be fixed before my arrival, which was fine, I was looking forwards to a bath anyways. To my surprise upon arrival it Was Fixed! so that was awesome! Props to his maintenance team! The bed was SO comfy! Great location, top tier parking, 1st floor living, while I could see my truck outside my window was reassuring and great for lugging my luggage in. Thank you Adam!

Stayed for a weekend with a few friends to explore the area. Central, walkable location and beautiful historic space. Vince was proactive and thorough in communicating. Definitely will be back ☺️

This was a FANTASTIC place to stay for our trip to KC. The apartment is spacious and so comfortable. It was very clean and Francis was very responsive and friendly and gave clear instructions for how to get there. We felt right at home- we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to this beautiful condo! The owners were very friendly and informative. There were lots of great detailed recommendations and instructions. You could really tell that the owners put lots of thought into the property and details they left for guests to feel at home and accommodated. The home was clean and had great amenities so we didn’t have to worry. Wish the couch was a little more comfy for relaxing, but that was the ONLY thing we would change. The condo had a private parking spot which helped ease our confusion on where we were to park. Owners had helpful/detailed instructions on how to get in. Building felt super safe thanks to the multiple security features. Great view and lovely area. We loved the plaza just a few blocks away. Already recommended it to our friends and family on our way home and hope to be back sometime in the near future!

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.

This unit was adorable. My friends and I had a great time. We were unsure about the location before arriving but had no issues. We carpooled to get there and glad we did because it would have been hard to find spots for all 4 cars. The unit was very clean, only noticed dusty fans and ceilings which is minor. Thr kitchen was equipped with basic necessities and bathroom was very spacious and clean. I would rent again!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Awesome place within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and the streetcar. Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is beautiful and huge. Beds super comfortable, too. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
