Super easy check in. Home was spotless and very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable…so much so we checked the brand to consider buying. Furnished basement with entertainment area provided added space for visitors or bigger families. The best part of this home is the location to downtown parkville. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, the park and dog park in minutes. This is definitely one of the best Air B&B experiences we’ve had. We have family in Parkville and will definitely book to stay here again!

My children and I had a staycation with our two dogs. Life is busy and stressful right now, the kids loved it so much they wanted to live there! We cooked, watched TV and enjoyed time together like a home away from home. The park nearby is amazing and the fenced yard is beautiful. A heads up about a difficult neighbor, I suggest hitting record on your phone as soon as any verbal altercation begins. It’s completely out of the host’s control, but the neighbor clearly takes issue with Airbnb guests and may want to make trouble. We only had one interaction, but it was enough to cause us a little worry.

We stayed at Billy And Laura's place after a drive to Kansas City. We were happy that we were able to check in early. Billy and Laura's place is an older home that has been nicely updated. The location was perfect for visiting Legoland, Crown Center, and Union Station. Overall, we would definitely consider staying at their place again on our next trip to Kansas City.

This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Need a quiet and cozy place to gather, relax and enjoy KC? Look no further. This well priced, beautiful home had us chatting late into the night and sleeping like a rock before heading out for a day in the city. Would stay again and highly recommend.

this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

Located in an industrial park with beautiful rooftop deck from master. Unit was beautiful with wood floors and antiques. Mcdonalds, kfc/taco bell, taco place, and gas station within walking distance. 6-8 minute drive from downtown KC. If you have issues with stairs, then this may not be the place for you, as there is a set of stairs that you must walk up and down in order to enter the unit. Kitchen/bathroom was well stocked. Excellent laundry area and both bedrooms had a nice sitting area attached to each bedroom. Chris was very responsive and I would stay here again.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Location is great not too far from Overland Park and other areas. Quite area and lots to do.

We loved being a little outside the city. Very peaceful place with a quick drive to the action. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, loved the patio. Would stay again!

Ashley is an outstanding and communicative host willing to offer wonderful suggestions upon request. This location is fantastic in accessing the city and all it's many great locales. Of note, this location is walking distance to Q39, Meshuggah bagels and other great bars and restaurants. I would be happy to stay here in the future.

The place was very nice, spent a few days here and it was very comfortable (the bed is also sooo comfortable I slept like a baby). The hosts were also very communicative, it was very lovely - would recommend 10/10.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Lance’s place is just as described. Great location. Comfortable beds. It was nice having two full bathrooms and plenty of seating in the living room for us to all be together.
