My stay was enjoyable. I felt the area was safe and no worries about my vehicle with the street parking. The place was as described with no surprises. This is a basement level floor, but due to the elevation of the ground, all the windows are full length with great lighting and view of the area. The location was great as downtown was only minutes away. I would recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very cozy and cute and perfect for our vacation. There is a lot to do in the area which was a very nice plus for us.

Great Kitchen for cooking which was important for me as I was cooking most evenings for myself. Great spot if you're working in Fairfax, especially if you're on a project at the GM plant this spot is less than 10mins away and very easy to get onto US-69 South to cross bridge into Fairfax. Great location to easily get into Kansas City! Host was very easy to communicate with and the place is very good value.

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

Super cute apartment in a fun lgbt+ friendly location. Was able to walk to bars and restaurants nearby.

Downtown loft. Location is great in downtown Kansas City. Some confusion with original listing showing Overland Park as the location but was pleasantly surprised that this loft was downtown. Convenient location and within walking distance or streetcar ride to a lot of stuff. Place was clean and spacious.

Me & My wife needed a relaxing get away and we chose this beautiful place. We couldn’t ask for more. It was clean, quiet and beautiful. We spent are time watching movies during the evening and making breakfast in the morning before the adventures. It had everything you could ask for! Thank you!

This vintage cottage is beautifully and comfortably updated, a small gem in an upscale neighborhood. It's close to shops and restaurants. Our dogs loved the private fenced yard. We were traveling just ahead of a springtime blizzard and Fritz was wonderfully accommodating with our check-in time. All in all, our stay there was among the best of our AirBnb experiences.

Megan the hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the attached game/tv room. Cozy & Corky.

Jane’s home is charming and feels like home. When I look for a place to stay, what’s important to me is the comfortability of the living room. What we relax on at the end of the day is vital. I would like something comfortable, a way to put my feet up, newer with supportive cushioning. The huge couch and beds were perfect!! The kitchen had pantry staples, which was wonderful. It was a very well stocked kitchen with all the dishes you may need including mixing bowls, measuring cups, aluminum foil, ziplocks. The back deck was very inviting — but the weather was still chilly for morning coffee out there. We truly loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! They had plenty of accommodations in the stay, I loved that everything was easily labeled so we didn’t have to search for what we were looking for! I had a large group and all of us fit in here comfy. We felt a little nervous about the neighborhood, but it was still walking distance from any restaurants or stores in the vicinity, which was nice. The house is definitely old and the stairs could be improved some, the downstairs rooms showed how much the stairs move when you walk on them. But overall, this was a great stay!

It was such a peaceful stay and very spacious. Loved that they had playpens and even a high chair and stroller for our little one. We hated to of only stated one night but we definitely will look into staying again in the future.

Michelle is a great host, super friendly and great with communication. The house is awesome and was perfect for our trip to KC. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again!

The space was perfect for a family stay. We had privacy and everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful and we weren’t lacking anything to cook meals. Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Shing-Haw was great with communication as well!

Everything was great about my stay. The place was clean, as described, and just what I needed. Well taken care of and owner was responsive and helpful and courteous. The instructions to get inside were not readily available so I had to reach out for help, but they replied immediately and got me inside. Would stay again!!

Beautiful home that is comfortable and in a perfect location to explore KC. Short and easy walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Had the opportunity to meet the host and he could not have been nicer! Would definitely book here again!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Excellent condo with unbeatable location within walking distance from the Kauffman center union station and many restaurants. Very responsive host. A little hard to get in and the outside door is a bit hard to manage. Otherwise excellent experience and highly recommended
