The best cost cabin! We had such a lovely time! My partner and I booked a weekend stay for our anniversary and to take the dog away for his first trip. It didn’t disappoint! The cabin was clean and homey, heating was on when we arrived so it was cosy when we got in and had everything we needed for a much needed relaxing trip! Alan was lovely, greeting us when we got in and was very responsive when I had any questions. The walk for the dog was lovely and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Deffo will be staying here again! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We had a lovely long weekend at Anna’s Coach House celebrating my mum’s 60th with my family. There was something for everyone including our 3 toddlers. Grounds were beautiful & the house smelt lovely & clean. Anna was very responsive & helpful during the lead up to the stay as well as during our stay. The only slight negative myself and my guests had was that upon booking we had expectations that some things would be included in the price as it was shown in the photographs (hot tub, extra fire wood,electric charger for example) but these were all at an additional costs that we were unknown about when originally booking. There were a few logs but didn’t last more than half an evening. Apart from this everything was lovely & we would recommend Anna’s Coach House.

We had a lovely weekend at Gillian's house. Great peaceful location and fab facilities and hot tub. Gillian was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. The house was excellent value for money and very clean. Thank you Gillian.

We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! Would 100% recommended for a relaxing weekend away. Thank you John. 🤩

Great stay at Stretton Lakes. The other cabins seemed to be utilised by people making use of the fishing lake, but our children loved the hot tub, tennis courts and the odd game of football on the grass. Stretton Lakes was a great base for the area - the local (gastro) pub, kayaking on Rutland Water, villages/ towns like Stamford and even a theme park for the kids.

A stunning building in a peaceful location. Chic and comfortable. Loved the fact it was heated by a ground source heat pump - we were cosy in the middle of winter.

Just spent a lovely Christmas at heathers beautiful cottage.very well equipped,thoughtful gift basket left for us.spotlessly clean.amazing hot tub,so peaceful and amazing views.had a lovely Christmas Eve at Tattershall farm park,about 20 minutes drive away.if your looking for getaway from it all with family,this is definitely the place for you. Just stayed over the Twixmas period. The house was very centrally located in the cathedral quarter, with quaint shops and pubs within a 1 minute walk. Even though very central the house was very quiet, so best of both worlds. The house had every amenity required for our stay, it is very tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. It was very easy to find the house and also easy to get inside. The parking permit was a great bonus and we found parking easy on the street approx 3 min walk away. Joy was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would very much recommend this house. The perfect stay in Lincoln.

Very roomy and well equipped caravan. Great for dog lovers. Bread, eggs, milk and cereal all provided. it was a good base for us while visiting relatives in the local area.

Jennifer’s cottage is a home away from home, really thoughtfully provisioned and very easy with children in tow. It’s in a lovely quiet spot and Jennifer was a wonderful host.

Fantastic place to stay but really made perfect by the incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating host. They really went over and above to make our stay brilliant even though we were only there one night. Will book again without hesitation.

We had a great time at Mike & Sarah's place celebrating my Mums 60th with the family. My 5 year old nephew loved being right next to the castle and our days were filled with lots of walks and sight seeing. The kitchen is small so we found it hard at times with the 7 of us but managed to cook meals every night with the appliances available. We found the house to be cosy and loved our time in Lincoln. We would recommend anyone to check out this lovely home!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth's place. It was nice, warm and inviting on arrival. We liked the sofas with reclining backs. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a good size with a dining table too. We used both bedrooms and the beds were wonderfully comfortable and the rooms had enough places for all the items you typically take with you! Clean and bright, spacious bathroom too. Would definitely stay again, in fact we are looking to see if its free next week whilst working in the area again.

We booked Paula’s place to meet up with friends over from Australia. Everything about the place was great. Lovely comfy beds and bedding. Good quality right throughout. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so peaceful and the night sky was so amazing. Paula was always very responsive and offered us an early check in and we needed a bit later check out which was offered and greatly appreciated. Some lovely walks close by and we would highly recommend the Splashes to eat out at. Lovely food and very dog friendly. Great beaches within easy driving distance. If we are in the area again would definitely consider staying here and would highly recommend to others. Thank you Paula for being a great host.

A lovely, cosy cottage that was perfect for our stay. A great secure garden for the dogs and a shop 2 mins walk from the front door. Paul was a great host and provided clear directions and instructions for the property.

My boys and I had a wonderful stay at Barley Cottage. Stephen and Philip are amazing hosts, super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and great conversation. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Water Newton is an idyllic little village just a stones throw from Peterborough, but a world away! We loved every minute of our time there.

Fantastic week at Belton Woods Lodge. David was a great host with clear communication and information received prior to stay. Hope to book again!

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

The Holliday caravan House offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are elegantly furnished, and very clean. The common living room making it an ideal spot for both leisure and special events. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room and lovely hot tub if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique lodging experience, this Holliday caravan House is a fantastic choice.

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!
