My engineers have been staying here on and off for months now. Absolute place if choice for them always when working in the area due to the amenities provided. Always also never had any issue with regard to check in, check out or with any of the various properties I book offered by the host in the area.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

We booked a stay at Liberty because we were in between house moves. The staff were friendly on check-in and reception were always receptive and quick to assist. The apartment could do with a little updating. Specifically the sofas are too large for the lounge space and uncomfortable smaller ones like ones in reception would suit much better. The other apartments looked a little glossier, perhaps we were given this one due to a longer stay. There is no WiFi provided and signal is not great so an option to assist guests with getting online might be a good idea. WiFi is available over in the leisure space however. We had to call maintenance once or twice but found them extremely helpful and sorted the issue within minutes. The communal hallway could do with carpet tiles being sorted out they are lifting and could’ve a trip hazard. Other than a few small tweaks our stay was great and we would like to Thank all staff for their help and especially Steve for jump starting the van

We have had an extremely enjoyable extended stay at Justin and Kerry’s whilst relocating to Cheltenham. Very friendly and accommodating and made to feel at home very quickly whilst giving us plenty of space. The location is super, close to Pittville Park, the Race Course and a short walk into Cheltenham town centre. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a short or longer stay here in the Studio.

Jennifer's place is good and convenient. Communication with her was smooth and pleasant.

Amazing house, feels like home when we stayed here.

we spent a wonderful 4 nights with 6 adults and one dog in our party. The house has plenty of space, is very nicely decorated and has everything you need, and an especially well stocked kitchen. Everywhere was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We hardly used our car as there are walks directly out of the door.. Church Stretton was 15 minutes walk and is a very nice little town with some head eateries. Liz and Tim were very responsive hosts and popped in when we got there to make sure we were happy with everything.

We had the most amazing family Easter weekend at Ashleworth Manor! It was exactly as pictured and we felt right at home instantly. With fresh chicken and duck eggs daily, as well as brilliant communication, we felt very well looked after! Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful heritage setting. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children), and had a lovely time. The location was peaceful and perfect for a short break. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The kids had plenty of space to play and relax. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a quiet, convenient base in the area.Communication with the host was smooth and everything went as expected. We'd happily stay again!
