Great place to stay nice quiet area but not too far from town. Comfy beds and the hot tub is an added bonus.

Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

We stayed at the cottage for a hen do and had the most amazing time! The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, and the garden in spring was especially stunning – such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We particularly loved the lawn area, which was perfect for a few competitive games of croquet in the sunshine! The house was incredibly well equipped, with everything we needed for a big group. We really appreciated how many bathrooms there were – it made getting ready so easy for everyone. The surrounding area was lovely to explore, and we had a great time at the local pub, The Swan Inn – definitely worth a visit for food and drinks. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway – we made such special memories here!

Istvan's place was quite private and amazing. The property is well maintained with a good aesthetic touch. The rooms were quite spacious with most of them being ensuite. The backyard was maintained as well and they'd already filled in the hot tub so it saved a lot of extra effort and time. Istvan took an extra step by letting us leave our luggage for sometime after the actual checkout time so that we could enjoy our visit to the Windsor Castle which is approx 15 mins drive from the property. My guests and I had an amazing experience. The property was worth every penny paid.

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

A perfect ‘half-way’ point for our family to get together to surprise my Dad on his 80th Birthday! Stunningly beautiful converted mill, with everything we could possibly need for our family of 10. The feature illuminated mill-workings were a lovely focal point. Warm and cosy with the log burner, well equipped kitchen, spacious, comfortable living space and bedrooms. Beautiful low character ceilings (challenging for my 6’4” Brother-in-Law!!!!) The hot tub was a perfect added bonus, a steamy soak when it was -1° outside, listening to the sheep and river cascade and at night the colour changing lights, where relaxing while watching the starry sky. We would LOVE to stay here again, all 10 of us (aged 8-80 years old) enjoyed our stay. The Victoria Sponge Cake, went down a treat-thank you!

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Great family weekend away and couldn't have wished for better weather in April. Cottage and location idyllic. Olivia and her family are great hosts and very responsive to messages. Cottage was spotless. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed meals and a bbq. Lovely pub with excellent food just a short stroll away and lovely walks from the Cottage.

Miranda's cottage is very well situated and set up for doing as we did - enjoying the local area, taking advantage of hot summer days by the pool, and walking in the woods with kids. Highly recommended for families of 4 or even more if you're prepared to really use the space. My kids were very happy sleeping in the twin beds, and we were able to use every inch of the place.

Amazing cottage, we got exactly what we came for, a perfect English countryside experience. The environment is probably the absolute best, the house is surrounded by walking paths, fields, forests, horses and other animals - it is truly beautiful. You need a car to move around, but by that multiple sights to visit are nearby, we particularly liked Henley-on-Thames. The outdoors and indoors of the house are also reflecting the vibe, the atmosphere is very much as shown on the photos. The kitchen is perfectly functional, the rooms' size and arrangement are perfect for 3 people, and the mattrasse in the bedroom is exceptionally comfy. A great plus that the house is also properly insulated and warm, which is a rarity! We had a fantastic time at Carina's (many thanks for the helpfulness as well!) and fullheartedly recommend this place.

Quiet village location. Super-friendly hostess. Immaculately clean. Warm with welcoming fireplace. Easy access to nearby pubs and villages including Banbury and Blenheim Palace.

Jennifer was great to work with and her cosy cottage is in an incredible location just few steps away from beautiful Wimbledon Village. Access to public transport was very easy. While it was somewhat tight quarters with three adults and a child, the space is very functional more than met our needs. We would not hesitate staying again in the future.

The house was lovely, freshly and tastefully decorated, with all you need for a week long stay. Elliot had left a few food items and the kinds of things you need to make cooking easy. The garden was secure for our dogs, and the nearby woods gave us somewhere to walk them easily. Henley was just a few minutes drive away, and Reading about 20 mins, so a great location for our needs. Plenty of easy parking right at the front door too. We travel to this area regulalry and will look to stay here again quite happily.

Great holiday. Everything was beyond expectation. We did feel as real friends visiting the place. Highly appreciate. Strongly recommend for families looking for quality time. We injoyed Everything. Thanks for Julie's.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Joanna hat uns wahnsinnig viele und total leckere Sachen hinterlassen. Der beste Zitronenkuchen, den wir in England gegessen haben! Die Lage ist großartig für schöne Spaziergänge, aber auch andere bekanntere Orte sind nicht weit entfernt.

Fantastic end of terrace place with everything you need for an Airbnb at the doorstep of Blenheim Palace (and it's free footpath entrance!)

Mary-Ann was so helpful prior to the stay giving recommendations about places to eat. As we were there during a storm, we lost electricity and Mary-Ann went over and above delivering extra blankets, food and hot thermos. She also checked on us in the morning and delivered hot breakfast. Simply amazing, especially when there was nothing she could do about the national electricity outage. We can't wait to come back!

Idyllic cottage for weekend in Oxfordshire, with outstanding pub within walking distance, and very foodie area near Le Manoir. Very comfortable and welcoming, great kitchen for cooking, gorgeous garden for spring afternoons. Loved the little office space too. We did not want to leave! (Though when we did, it was only 6 miles to the center of Oxford.)

Lovely little gem, had a wonderful stay with my husband and newborn. Greatly appreciated the tranquility and the home was so well set up!

Hamis & Susie, what great hosts. We loved the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and so comfortable when the fire was lite. The cottage is in a brilliant location. We stayed with two young kids and a toddler, Hamis & Susie had the house fully catered for them (cots, beds, wooden train set etc). All I can say is our hosts were excellent. We have very clear information & communication from Check in / to check out, they helped us immensely with local food recommendations, local kids attractions & entertainment, added benefits is that the cottage is just a 2 minute short walk into Windsor Great Park. We definitely recommend the gorgeous cottage and we’d definitely will stay again.

I travelled 4 hrs away to visit this beautiful place cottage was extremely clean, high ceilings with beautiful beams and not even a cobweb in site…was blown away by how immaculately clean it was lovely little town visited the crown pub for a meal which was lovely, the people are so friendly lovely little touch with the breakfast, toiletries were even provided absolutely worth the drive and the money…amazing hosts very helpful me and my partner will defiantly visit again but for longer thank you to Gilly and her husband 😊

Second time of staying, as good as first time, James and team sorted out a few problems left from previous guests quickly and efficiently without fuss. Great stay. Thanks again
